Room was dingy and curtains were broken. Fold out bed had no sheets and the mattress had springs on the verge of poking through. My son chose the floor over the fold out. The service was very poor. I asked for a roll away since we couldn't use the fold out and was told they didn't have any left. I asked for an extra blanket since my son had to sleep on the floor and was told they didn't have any. I requested a late check out and they said too many people were already checking out late. Yet by 9AM the parking lot was close to empty so clearly hardly anyone had late check out. It's almost like they refuse to give any amenities to customers. On the positive, most of the staff was very friendly. But it doesn't make up for the poor policies in place for customer service, lack of attention to keeping the place shiny and well taken care o,f and the inability to keep the resources on hand that customers need (like blankets).
