The property appeared to be kept up well in most areas, but the staff could be a little more polite. I was there to spend time with my brother and his family, who are owners, and to check out the place on my own without a sales pitch. However, the woman at the sales desk was pretty rude when I declined the tour for that particular stay. I paid to stay there. It was not a promotional stay and her attitude was not very conducive for creating potential interest in ownership. My kids loved the place, but I'm hesitant to consider it now. It seems like you just want the money and not even attempt have customers feel welcomed.

Hotel was a convenient location to water park and other amenities. Bathroom areas could use some updates - one sink has a large crack in it. The refrigerator and coffee machine were useful. Neighbors were loud and let their door slam a lot in the early morning.

A nice resort near a few local lovely towns filled with unique old homes and amazing food choices. We will be going back when we have more time.

Few things about our condo that should be addressed. There are no bigger forks. They only had small ones. That was annoying. Also a few nicer blankets for the beds. The ones in the closet were old & raggedy. The light in the kitchen was huge & hung down not over the table so you almost ran into it multiple times especially going in & out of fridge. Other than that the resort area was great & convenient.

Nice condo but far away from skiing and tubing (3.5 miles). Dining choices in the area was disappointing.

What a great year round resort in the mountains, easy drive from the DC Metro area. Lot of different activities for all ages, day and evening activities. Breakfast buffet at the Campfire Grill is awesome!

Me and my wife's 3 year anniversary and we truly enjoyed our stay. From the condo, cleanliness of the grounds, various activities and restaurants. Staff was extra nice and helpful. We are planning our next trip up

Great place! Only complaint was there were 2 pieces of trash on the floor of the condo when we arrived that were missed during turn over.
