I arrived late at night and called the number listed on the door. The person who answer went on a rant about it being late and he needed his sleep. I apologized for the lateness and explained nothing on the reservation stated I needed to check-in by a certain time. If it had, I would not have booked since I knew my flight was landing late and I had to drive for about an hour to get to the hotel. The person on the phone refused to let me check in and hung up on me. I called back and explained, I am a woman traveling alone and there is not another hotel near by. I felt unsafe and asked him to let me check-in. NOPE! He left me out in the middle of nowhere, with nowhere to go. If you reserve with this hotel, do not count on being able to check-in. The most horrible travel experience I have ever had!
