Very friendly staff. ALL of the bedding is exceptionally clean, and every part of the bathroom is spotless. Breakfast is meh; while they LOOK enticing, one bite of it tells you it’s the prepackaged frozen breakfasts, but the cheap kind. But that’s a minor issue. I saw them serve free to-go dinners, which I thought was very generous. I would come here again.

Do not stay here, rooms are in poor conditions Christopher the front desk manager is extremely rude and needs to go to training. Please stay away from this location. Rooms needs to be updated stay away

Horrible hotel. BUGS IN THE ROOM (2 COCKROACHES) Front desk manager did nothing. Incrediblly Poor managing skills. I cant extend this enough, AVOID THIS HOTEL. Plus furtinure feels really old. Too expensive for what thwy offer Breakfast could be soo much better.

This hotel is the absolute worst!!! Christopher Schwindt and the general Manager Monica are the worst. They don’t communicate within each other. Christopher is beyond rude, he bluntly lies to guest. Do not stay at this hotel. Rude management

My home away from home and a great, convenient place to stay. The hotel is nearby restaurants, a shopping mall and local boutiques. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I've stayed here MANY times.

Lugar limpio, desayuno regular y aseo de recamara regular. Complementos como shampoo y jabón de manos de calidad regular y en muy poca cantidad. Me parece que el precio de habitación por noche es elevado comparado con laa calidad recibida. Hablamos como tres veces a Room service para que hicieran el aseo de la habitación pero no se obtuvo respuesta.

La habitación muy limpia, aunque la atención del personal del hotel dejo mucho que desear. En nuestra experiencia, al hacer el cuarto el servicio fue deficiente. No nos proporcionaron el servicios de café complementario y al comentarlo al front desk la atención por Robert Cerda fue deficiente. Fue grosero y claramente mencionó que él no tenía conocimiento de lo que hacía el equipo de limpieza y no nos podía ayudar en algo tan simple como eso, no obstante de ser el encargadode front desk.
