Extremely rude and dirty.
The people working there were extremely rude. Immediately started with an attitude, and started yelling at my kids as well.

Had a reservation, I was a little early and forced to wait outside with no shade in the 98 degree heat, as there was no reception area. Room had plenty of bugs as well...
