The room, beds, pillows and furniture were nice. The room was semi clean. The floors in the bathroom were dirty and there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The coffee machine and coffee were less than average for Best Western. Towels and wash wrags were great. Negative - the 'continental breakfast's was absolutely horrible. I've stayed at many Best Westerns over decades and this was one of the worst breakfast. The customer service and attention to customers was lacking. No vending machines.

Room was dirty, floor was filthy. I’m surprised the hotel asked me to submit a review on Trip Advisor.

The rooms have been renovated and are really nice for the money. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they have awesome security cameras and someone always monitoring the outside of the building which is comforting though there does not seem to be much crime in that area.

The room was clean except for a small spot/?stain on one of the bed spreads. Housekeeping did an excellent job of straightening and cleaning the room each day. Towels were replaced daily. Would definitely stay there again. Great value for the price.
