It’s an amazing place. No need to repeat all the positive things that have been said in the other comments. I also cannot understand the negative comments regarding the place at all. I had a lovely time there will and definitely come back. However, there is always a bit room for improvement. Looking after guests is not a real strength of the hosts. Me as a German recognised immediately that owners are Germans and not South Africans. Nobody follows up with you if everything is ok, if something missing or not good, or advice is needed. BTW the dogs are lovely; impressive animals but very friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lodge! The location is absolutely amazing, offering breathtaking views of the city and mountains. We stayed in the treehouse, which was incredibly cozy and beautifully designed – it felt like a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The pool area was another highlight, with stunning views that made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Everything was so serene and perfect for a getaway. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, picturesque stay!

Small slice of paradise tucked away just outside of town, This really is a hidden gem located 7km outside of town. If you looking for peaceful and quite with an amazing view ...this is it The infinity pool is the perfect way to end a hard days work.

The pool was nice, but everything else was just okay. The rooms were basic, and the service was average. Getting to the hotel was a bit of a hassle, as the last part of the drive is on a dirt road. If you're already in the area, it’s fine, but definitely not worth going out of your way for.

We loved our stay in the Tree House and didn't want to leave. This place is like a little paradise. Private and relaxing with the sounds of nature all around. The infinity pool and the views are wonderful. Will definitely be back. Loved the dogs and cats there too who came to great us each day :) Louisa and Marco are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. 5 stars!

What a wonderful place. Perfect destination for when you want to escape the city life. The place is easily accessible, quiet, peaceful and private. I loved interior designing of the place, it's very modern. The staff, owners and even the dogs were friendly. I highly recommend this place especially unit 9 (for 3 or more people) My brothers and I enjoyed our stay and we are definitely going back the next time we we are in mbombela. Proper stuff 10/10👌 👏 🙌
