The staff is very attentive, the facilities are in good condition although they could be improved. The buffet breakfast could have more variety since some dishes were repeated every day. The location is excellent, close to the Marina, the Malecón and you can easily reach the main tourist attractions. Good hotel.

The room was very bad, very worn out, even though we were on the 14th floor, the noise from the street did not allow us to sleep until 1am, the breakfast was very basic x "practically non-existent" scrambled egg, chilaquiles with a lot of cilantro, very little sauce There was little cheese, as there was fruit on the first day, watermelon, flavorless Chicama, flavorless papaya, this is what breakfast offers, and every day the same, the pool is very old and poorly maintained.

Not a place to relax and enjoy Mazatlan
Too noisy in the hotel itself with guests having music
Only one elevator and very small one
Only two towels in room
Furniture falling apart
No closet space or drawers

Customer service was excellent the staff is very nice and helpful. Overall the Hotel was in terrible condition had stayed here before and was not very happy it seemed rundown

Very good location, nice pool, great view of the ocean & beach, very nice breakfast buffet.
Negatives: Poor WiFi in room and only one working elevator.
