The Hotel is good, Service Good but the floor in the room was very sleepy, maybe it is because oils and sun block, floors need to be clean better to avoid falls. I slept a couple times.

The hotel staff were very empathetic, very good receptionists. The guards are very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are very comfortable and have warm water. If you can go to the beach. I didn't get to try the hotel food.

The only issues we had was our ******* reservation was not available. We had to wait about 45 minutes for them to figure it out. And the beds are not comfortable. Otherwise the food was delicious

I’ve been here before. Staff is always nice. Rooms are clean. Beach is great. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The lady cleaning my room was so nice. Definitely would go back.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help enjoy our stay. Give respect and you'll receive respect 10x more. We'll be back next year for sure
