Bad experience since I booked 2 adults and 2 children and when I arrived at the hotel they charged me extra for the children... also no one informed me that the hotel pool is being remodeled and the beach around it is full of rubble stones due to the remodeling...

First time my family and I stayed here and we liked it very much, it is a clean place, attentive staff, friendly and respectful, we also liked the pool area and the access to the beach, the only bad thing was the bad weather that we had in the days we were there, but I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

It’s a nice clean hotel in a quiet location. Having the Panama restaurant in the lobby is an added plus.

Very disappointed with the room, first thing I see when I walk in the room is a cockroach on the wall and to top it off every time I flushed the toilet there was a poodle of water on the floor, food at the restaurant and service were ok.

My stay was great. Only one area that could be better was that when we were at the pool we had to go and find someone to order drinks and food. I know first world problems but we really just wanted to tip your waiters and talk to them. The rooms were spotless and the grounds were well kept.
