Perfect location in the historical center, close to "malecón". Safe, beautiful, clean.

pro - nice place, nice room, wonderful service, very helpful staff
con - dreadful parking, got a deep scrape on fender we didn't notice til hours after leaving, tiny parking facility very hard to find, give keys to valet to shift vehicles around, probably safer to search out street parking; bathroom (508) window won't close, broken hinge; free buffet breakfast in small crowded area in main lobby, line was too long to enjoy it.

Although the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not rich, but the dining environment is very comfortable. If I have to mention one flaw, the music on the street in front of the hotel is too loud on weekend nights.
