Hotel Playa Marina Malecon South was horrible,first night no hot water,next day no hot water,then no water at all. then our faucet broke loose at the kitchen sink...,bed was like sleeping on cement. Pool was to dirty to use. We knew that 7 days of this was not going to work for us so we checked out after the first night. I checked into the Holiday Inn[ we have stayed there a few times]. Playa Marina said they would only charge me for the one night and they charged me for the entire week. Poor customer service. I disputed the charge with my bank when we got home. Now kudos once again the to Holiday Inn. Great service and staff.Now of course our stay in Mazatlan was awesome after changing hotels. Always a great time .
