The hotel staff were very empathetic, very good receptionists. The guards are very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are very comfortable and have warm water. If you can go to the beach. I didn't get to try the hotel food.

Great location, clean hotel, nice pool and great Guacamole at the pool! It was our first time in Mazatlán and this hotel was a great spot to stay for couples or small families! Staff were so awesome as well, sense we didn’t know much Spanish.

This hotel is well located, rooms have an ocean view, beds are comfy, restaurant makes yummy food and it’s very affordable. Beautiful sundeck overlooking the beach/ocean and Deer Island. Only downfall is the bands that show up on the public beach and play for hours and hours. They have really loud speakers and play so loud that you cant relax, have a nap or even have a conversation with someone sitting next to you. We’ve complained to the hotel and there is nothing they can do until 8pm. They usually play for over 4hrs. Not relaxing at all. It is unfortunate because this hotel is great but I am looking forward now to leaving.

Our family of 5 had stayed at this resort for the first time. We have 3 kids ages 6, 12, and 15. We had a wonderful time. We decided to go with the all-inclusive package. We had a difficult time finding reviews on the all-inclusive so decided to give it a chance. We're glad we did. It was worth the money. The food was good, drinks were great, and we enjoyed some of the excursions including zip-lining and going to deer island. The highlight of our trip was Adrian who is a server at the pool. His English was excellent and he worked so hard to serve our family. He learned what we liked and how we liked things and was proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. He was fun and his service was a large part of why our time was so relaxing and special. We also loved that the resort was so close to the ocean. The water was so warm and we had a great time playing in the water with our kids. The rooms gave us a nice place to rest when we got too hot or needed a break. The WiFi worked well for us and was fast enough to stream movies and do a long Zoom work meeting. We had a great time and hope we can return someday.

Love the Granada and always stay there, Daniel and his staff were amazing! El patio is like been at home for breakfast. The whole staff are awesome ( Letitcia victor Lucerna jullian and all the cooks. Thomas and Ramone outstanding at moro pool. Ivan and Esteban at lobby bar. Enrique at Mexican restaurant outstanding! I was there three weeks. Excellent location. SUPER STAFF. Had 9 th floor facing the water. CLEAN AS A WHISTLE!! Beach band was a bit much...Mexican polka...but that is not hotel's fault. Breakfast each morning was a super way to start the day. EVERYONE WORKED HARD TO MAKE MY STAY GREAT. The ”refrig in the room was not a refrig...it just looked like one. Staff replaced it, to no avail. TRAVELING WITH INSULIN, a non functional refrig was a concern. Hotel needs to address this!
