The rooms are clean, spacious and peaceful each with a sizeable balcony, air conditioning unit and lovely views. Common areas are really well kept generally but the building itself could do with a fresh coat of paint on the exterior as it looked a bit grubby. Lovely pool area right next to the bar and outdoor restaurant which both look really pretty at night. The staff here are so helpful right from our arrival; we didn’t expect to be able to check in straight away because we were a bit early but they made us feel so welcome and were really accommodating throughout. We can definitely recommend getting a taxi with Bartellemo (ask at reception to book) into Mazara del Vallo (for us, it cost €10 each way). He doesn’t speak a word of English but with a few phrases in our basic Italian and a little bit of help from reception, we were able to arrange time and location for pick up for an evening sampling Mazara’s beautiful scenery and enjoy a lovely meal.

Sono tornata dopo anni ricordando uno splendido hotel ed invece ho trovato una struttura totalmente stravolta,in decadenza, fortemente carente nella pulizia, nell'igiene e nella manutenzione. I corridoi sporchi in più punti, nella stanza, la moquette si presenta tutta macchiata ed emana un odore ripugnante, la doccia del bagno con lo scarico intasato. Speriamo dunque di rilassarci nella spa, ma le nostre aspettative vengono subito deluse. Iniziamo il percorso :sauna, bagno turco, arrivati alle docce emozionali ne funziona una su quattro, decidiamo quindi di usufruire della piscina con idro ma scopriamo che mette seriamente a rischio la nostra salute, considerato che non funziona nessun bocchettone per il riciclo dell'acqua. Quindi usciamo e rischiamo pure di scivolare in pozzanghere di acqua che si formano lungo tutto il perimetro della piscina. Decidiamo quindi di fare un giro esterno della struttura, ma notiamo molte aree ricoperte di escrementi di uccelli e la piscina non funzionante. In ultimo il ristorante appena accettabile per quanto riguarda i piatti, ma assolutamente inaccettabile per quanto concerne l'igiene : pavimento sporco, ma soprattutto ci accorgiamo che non vengono cambiate ad ogni pasto le tovaglie. Esperienza assolutamente da non ripetere!!!

"Design e grande ricerca dello stile" "materiali pregiati" "piacevole contrasto di eleganza e tecnologia" "a**osfera magica" "vacanza sofisticata" ... Queste sono solo alcune delle affermazioni che vengono utilizzate nella descrizione, nella pagina online di questo posto (non si può definire resort) ... Le mie foto parlano da sole, non ci sarebbe bisogno di aggiungere altro. Vi dico solo che sono rimasta appena 2 ore, dopo di che ho preso mia figlia di 9 mesi e sono SCAPPATA VIA. menomale che mi era stato omaggiato un upgrade della camere (non oso immaginare come era allora quella.prenotata) e per la piscina? Mi è stato ripetuto più volte l'obbligo della cuffia.. peccato non ti dicano di fare anche un'antitetanica vista la sporcizia che c'era dentro. Struttura fatiscente, mobili rovinati, vecchi, datati, moquette macchiata, vasca macchiata, letto rotto (del quale purtroppo non ho una foto perché già in preda ad una crisi di nervi ), carte sotto il letto (quindi la pulizia delle camere non viene fatta) e peli nelle lenzuola. Dimentico qualcosa? ... Vergogna... Come si può definire resort questa struttura??? E non sono entrata nella spa ... Mi hanno rimborsato la caparra. Il minimo direi... Non potevano negare l'evidenza. Ah dimenticavo... Non funzionava internet e il tecnico mi ha detto di usare il mio telefono come hotspot perche non c'era il Wi-Fi.

Visir, Hotel più volte provato, sempre con esiti positivi. Spero vivamente che il percorso già avviato relativo al restyling delle stanze (così come riferitomi) possa proseguire speditamente. Un restyling dell'intera struttura è indifferibile se si vuole stare al passo con i tempi. Ottima l'area del Centro Benessere, punto di forza della struttura. Buono il servizio ristorante.

Sconsigliatissimo! Struttura fatiscente. Servizi inesistenti. Camere da massimo due stelle spacciate per suite. Diffidate da questo posto pubblicizzato come una esperienza da favola che si è rivelato un incubo! Vacanza rovinata. Personale insufficiente anche se proprio loro hanno lavorato tanto. Spa pericolosa con idrimassaggi mal funzionanti. Piscina esterna sporca e pericolosa. Jacuzzi in camera non funzionante e sporca. Un furto aver pagato per non aver null’altro che servizi inesistenti. Per non dire che per ben tre volte è saltata via la corrente elettrica! Sic

Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo : centro benessere abbastanza ben organizzato, il personale molto gentile, ottimo cibo e camere pulite e silenziose. Aggiungo anche che il letto era super comodo e soffice. Abbiamo trascorso un week end rilassante che sicuramente ripeteremo. Consigliato!

All'arrivo l'impatto è negativo ma, una volta entrati siamo rimasti affascinati da questa Struttura. La nostra camera era una Junior Suite, pulitissima e con una deliziosa jacuzzi nel terrazzino privato. Ottima cena con un servizio impeccabile. Personale gentile e disponibile. Area Benessere molto carina. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo volentieri.

Esperienza più che positiva. Ottima l accoglienza in reception. Camere spaziose e pulite, unica pecca la moquette piena di gradevolissime macchie. Bellissima a**osfera nella spa, ottimo massaggio(sarebbe opportuno però avere più scelta di tisane). Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta, cena gourmet con piatti gustosissimi e ben presentati, a**osfera soft, personale cordiale e professionale. Assolutamente da consigliare
