The rooms are clean, spacious and peaceful each with a sizeable balcony, air conditioning unit and lovely views. Common areas are really well kept generally but the building itself could do with a fresh coat of paint on the exterior as it looked a bit grubby. Lovely pool area right next to the bar and outdoor restaurant which both look really pretty at night. The staff here are so helpful right from our arrival; we didn’t expect to be able to check in straight away because we were a bit early but they made us feel so welcome and were really accommodating throughout. We can definitely recommend getting a taxi with Bartellemo (ask at reception to book) into Mazara del Vallo (for us, it cost €10 each way). He doesn’t speak a word of English but with a few phrases in our basic Italian and a little bit of help from reception, we were able to arrange time and location for pick up for an evening sampling Mazara’s beautiful scenery and enjoy a lovely meal.

Ho ricevuto un voucher da usufruire in questa struttura che dalle foto sembrava qualcosa di stupendo (essendo un resort) ma di resort non ha proprio nulla! al nostro arrivo ci informano che non funzionano i condizionatori chiediamo un ventilatore e ci dicono che ne avevano 3 e li hanno già distribuiti…ci rechiamo al centro benessere che fortunatamente è andato tutto bene, la sera usufruiamo della cena di 3 portate ma praticamente più che portate era un assaggio di antipasto, un assaggio di un primo, e un assaggio del secondo, chiediamo se si può ordinare qualcosa alla carta (perché avevamo davvero fame) e ci viene detto che Fuori menu non fanno nulla solo ma si può scegliere solo ed esclusivamente il menù che ha formulato lo chef quel giorno. In bagno la carta igienica era inesistente, teli che facevano puzza! insomma per chi soffre di pressione bassa come me l’assenza dell’aria condizionata non ha reso il mio pernottamento rilassante per come doveva essere! L’unica cosa positiva una ragazza alla reception super gentile e rispettosa ma giustamente prende ordini dall’alto e la spa che era pulita. per il resto non ha assolutamente nulla da resort alcuni b&b che ho visitato ne valevano 100 rispetto a questo Hotel che si spaccia per resort a 4 stelle ma non gli appartiene proprio! Un consiglio poco più avanti c’è il baglio basile vi consiglio quello piuttosto che questa struttura da due lire.

Cibo pessimo: surgelato e cucinato malissimo. Durante la cena siamo stati costretti ad ascoltare le urla dello chef, che litigava ad altissima voce con i collaboratori, usando parole estremamente sgradevoli e maleducate. A fine “cena” ci vengono serviti dei dolci (su loro indicazione), che abbiamo lasciato lì per il gusto davvero terribile — una cheesecake con il pandispagna… Il giorno dopo ci vengono addebitati 36 euro per 5 monoporzioni. In camera, la situazione non era migliore: cassaforte rotta, idromassaggio non funzionante e cuscini visibilmente neri. L’unica nota positiva è la spa, ben tenuta e rilassante. Per tutto il resto: assolutamente da evitare

Stiamo soggiornato con mia moglie in questo Hotel a due passi dal centro di Mazara del Vallo. Siamo stati sistemati in una stanza fantastica. L’Hotel si trova in posizione comodissima. Dotato di ogni comfort, pulizia estrema, camere ampie, nuove e ben arredate. Centro Benessere Fantastico. A questo si aggiunge la grande professionalità del personale che rende questo Hotel eccellente! Resort sofisticato e curato. Un plauso finale va al personale che ha gestito il nostro soggiorno con educazione,garbatezza e professionalità. Complimenti a tutto il personale!

Salve sono Vincenzo una settimana fa ho soggiorno con la mia compagna da voi , centro benessere direi il top , camera raffinata e elegante , la cucina dello chef buona e ben curata , personale gentile e disponibile . Deludente esperienza in un resort che di 4 stelle ha solo il prezzo. La struttura è vecchia e trascurata: la camera era polverosa, il bagno malandato con la doccia rotta. I servizi principali come fontane e luci funzionano solo nel weekend, lasciando i giorni feriali spogli. La spa è stata pessima, con acqua sporca che mi ha causato irritazioni. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente negativo. Non lo consiglio.

Esperienza fantastica... Appena entrati vieni rapito dall'atmosfera così rilassante Tutto molto bello dalla camera alla SPA,il ristorante molto elegante Ottimo cibo Personale eccellente Il Visir si trova a pochi passi, usando l'auto, dal centro di Mazara che è da visitare a piedi...vedere la Cattedrale che è fantastica...le vie molto carine Il lungo mare bellissimo Si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle aere di sosta pagando solo 0,10 centesimi l'ora! È un posto che vale veramente la pena visitare Voto 10

Sono tornato in questa struttura dopo molti anni e devo dire che è peggiorata...non me l'aspettavo....camera con l'intonaco delle pareti sgretolato, lampada piantana sporca, carta igienica senza sigillo, e nessuna possibilità di effettuare un massaggio di coppia....forse prima si poteva valutare come un albergo 4 stelle ma adesso non credo proprio, penso che non ci ritornerò più, c'è di meglio in giro allo stesso prezzo.....
