The hotel is very well located, the place is pretty, everything is within walking distance, the village is very beautiful. There are some nice and good restaurants. The only point to consider, apart from a fireplace which does not heat much, there is no heating in the cabanas and the nights in February are cold.

Dirty sheets, even moldy. Scratched, dirty, stained walls. Neglected and dirty curtains, it seems like they haven't been washed in years. The whole room smells damp. The shower also has mold. The remote control without a cover, only with tape, but they make you leave a 500 pesos deposit for said control. The blankets smelled bad, I don't think they change them often, everything was very unpleasant. I give one star because you can't give less.

The sheets in the cabin that they offered us were dirty; And even though we mentioned it at reception, they were not even able to respond to any complaints. Regrettable and unhygienic, especially when we travel post-pandemic.

Very attentive and friendly. The cabins are very cozy and clean. If you want to have a nice time, I highly recommend it. Quiet and clean areas. In this season wear warm clothes, it is very cold.
