We've been going to this hotel for many years now and we've been witnesses to it's decay. The cabin we were assigned to was #3 I got my slippers wet and found out the water was comming from the toilet some guys were sent to check but did not fix the issue and left us with a mop. there were spiderwebs (they look pretty old) all over the bathroom and the jacuzzi area, The faucet was falling off and overol it felt dirty. Over the lake there's a little dock and it's missing some wooden boards already, plastics bottles all moldy already were in the water, the plants were over grown. I know we're going to get a forest experience but for the price I'll expect to have a beatiful, clean place to stay and to be calling the desk service all the time

We were in Mazamitla over the Festival de las Flores weekend and stayed in a Cabana Master Suite. The room was spacious, beautiful and so cozy. We particularly loved the hot tub with a view of the forest, as well as the fireplace. Although we had a great view of the grounds, our room still felt private as it was very well positioned behind the towering pines. Mazamitla gets cold in the evenings, so the extra cozy bedding was a huge plus! Daniela and Cesar at the front desk were super helpful. The grounds were huge and very well maintained and as we did not have a car with us, the short 10-minute walk into centro couldn’t have been more convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

Era de mis hoteles favoritos aquí en Mazamitla, lamentable ver como la calidad del servicio ha decaído tanto, cabañas super descuidadas, sucias, toallas viejisimas, no hicieron el aseo durante la estancia, personal de recepción cero amable, instalaciones en mal estado por falta de mantenimiento, no funcionaban las chapas de las puertas, cochambre por todos lados de la cabaña, muebles viejos e incómodos, ni hablar...... no regresariamos a estas cabañas.

Horrible no recomiendo estas cabañas me toca la núm 3 y la cabaña olía a caño el baño bien mugroso , estuve 3 noches del 18 al 21 de diciembre y ninguno día fueron a hacer el aseo de la cabaña le llamé y me dijeron que no tienen ese servicio y lo único que hicieron fue que me mandaron u rollo de papel sanitario nunca fueron a sacar la basura yo tube que comprar más papel sanitario la verdad su una experiencia mala , te piden 1,000 pesos de depósito por si pides alimentos al restaurante y yo pedí 2 veces y tuve que pagar me dijeron que no se puede cargar a la cabaña entonces para que te piden el depósito, la verdad no lo recomiendo no vallan y evítense un coraje

La habitación hubiese estado genial si contará con una cocinita . Y quizás un asador , bueno en la habitación que nos tocó no tenía. Pero la habitación se encontraba limpia y con una cobija . Y quizás agregar Internet. Muy cerca del centro histórico y de la central de autobuses por si no llevan vehículo.

Pésimo servicio de la chica de recepción, dice. Que ofrecen cabañas con servicio de hotel cosa que es mentira, toallas rotas, las amenidades cerradas, dijeron que porque estaba lloviendo pero de los 3 días que estuve no hubo ninguna lluvias. Al hacer check out te hacen ir nuevamente a la cabaña por el control cosa que no te mencionan al check-in

Si tienes la oportunidad de visitar este lugar desperdíciala, las cabañas son súper básicas y súper descuidadas por el precio puedes encontrar algo mucho mejor, pésimo servicio al cliente, la cama está horrible súper vieja y aguada, las toallas súper desgastadas, para ser una “Cabaña Suite” el nombre le queda muy grande no cuenta ni siquiera con una pequeña cocina es únicamente una revisa con una cafetera horrible…. Enserio no vengan yo estoy atrapado aquí y me quedaré porque ya pagué pero jamás volvería o recomendaría este lugar

Desagradable situación la que tiene ese hotel, mala atención, la cabaña en pésimo estado, sucias, llenas de insectos, huelen horrible, definitivamente no las recomiendo en ningún sentido, el precio es bastante alto para lo que recibes. Las áreas verdes más o menos decentes. La casa del árbol llena de hongos y suciedad, perros sueltos por todos lados. No sería una opción nuevamente para nosotros. Y por favor FUMIGUEN es muy peligroso la cantidad de arañas e insectos que tienen.

Un buen hotel con cabañas de diferentes tamaños, las cuales cuentan con material necesario para cocinar, cuenta con chimenea, leña y apoyo para encender la misma (en caso de requerirlo). Muchas áreas verdes.
