My stay at the AZ Mostaganem hotel was overall very pleasant. The cleanliness of the premises, the ideal location, as well as the varied and quality breakfast really contributed to making my experience positive. Special mention to Rachida, the housekeeper, for her professionalism and great kindness, as well as to the breakfast staff and the security team, always smiling and welcoming.
However, I was disappointed by one person at the reception: Yasmine, who was very haughty and unfriendly, without smiling or any polite formula, especially when leaving. She did not bother to ask how my stay had gone, or even respond to a simple "goodbye". It is a shame to have to deal with people who have no sense of customer contact in a 5-star hotel because it seriously tarnishes the image of the establishment
