Mon séjour à l'hôtel AZ Mostaganem a été globalement très agréable. La propreté des lieux, la localisation idéale, ainsi que le petit déjeuner varié et de qualité ont vraiment contribué à rendre mon expérience positive. Mention spéciale à Rachida, la femme de ménage, pour son professionnalisme et sa grande gentillesse, ainsi qu'au personnel du petit déjeuner et à l'équipe de sécurité, toujours souriante et accueillante.
Cependant, j'ai été déçue par une personne à la réception : Yasmine, qui s'est montrée très hautaine et antipathique, sans sourire ni aucune formule de politesse, surtout lors du départ. Elle n'a pas pris la peine de demander comment s'était déroulé mon séjour, ni même répondre à un simple « au revoir ». C’est dommage d’avoir à faire à des personnes qui n’ont aucun sens du contact client dans un hôtel 5 étoiles car cela ternit fortement l image de l établissement

Very nice hotel , very clean, professional staff. It would have been 5 stars if it was not for the price. Too Expensive for Algeria. Even in the USA I would not pay that much. I must admit that breakfast was top. The pools were clean and well maintained. Keep it up

Excellent hotel... Everthing was good..well located, clean, all commodities are in the room ( bathroom, WiFi, minibar, air conditionner, ..). My room was in front of the sea, so very nice view especially with sunset ! Fabulous ❤️❤️ The swimming pools were very very clean with music and lot of activities! The food was excellent ( very well balanced and diversified buffet). Full of activities inside the hôtel (spectacle with famous artists, games for children..etc). The service is very quick ! The staff is always smiley... I recommend very well this hôtel....❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

excellent hôtel,le personnel est serviable , très accueillant et prestations de très bon niveau propreté impeccable et style contemporain et élégant la piscine est très agréable et les horaires permettent d'en profiter pleinement la chambre est confortable ; on a pris celle avec vue sur mer , excellent buffet, très bien diversifié je le recommande vivement !

J’y ai passer deux nuits j’ai vraiment apprécié le cadre très calme le personnel très souriant très cultivé parle très bien français ce qui était pratique pour moi j’ai testé le restaurant le buffet est très intéressant très varié et très bon surtout un séjour que je ne regrette pas j’y retournerai avec mes enfants on pourra profiter de tout les services proposés pour les enfants . Merci pour cette expérience

J’ai passé un séjour magnifique à l’hôtel Az Zaphir. Tout était parfait : un personnel professionnel, souriant et toujours à l’écoute, un service impeccable, une propreté irréprochable, une nourriture variée et savoureuse. On sent que le propriétaire est exigeant et veille personnellement à ce que tout soit au meilleur niveau. J’ai eu l’occasion de visiter beaucoup d’hôtels à l’étranger, et sincèrement, Az Zaphir n’a rien à leur envier. L’ambiance familiale et conviviale de cet hôtel fait vraiment la différence. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les spectacles organisés le soir pour les enfants : un moment joyeux, divertissant et très bien encadré, qui ajoute une belle touche d’animation au séjour. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, je recommande vivement et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Vraiment c'est un sans faute ! Je comprends tout à fait que cet hôtel soit élu meilleur du pays ! Nous étions sceptique suite à quelques mauvais avis que nous avions lu et concernant le tarif assez élevé mais on a pris le risque sachant que ça impliquait 6h de route. Au final nous sommes plus que ravis de notre séjour, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute et pour plus longtemps. Les chambres étaient parfaitement propre, on avait la vue sur la mer, la literie au top, les piscines super avec un coin jacuzzi, petit dej et buffet extrêmement variés et de qualité ! J'ai aussi pris un massage du dos tellement agréable, que j'en aurais pris un autre si j'avais pu rester plus longtemps; la masseuse a des mains en or ! Absolument tout le personnel était au petit soin et avec le sourire ! Juste merci à toute l'équipe ! 😇🥰😎🙏
