The hotel is small, cozy and clean. The hostess was also very nice and friendly. The hotel is located on the edge of town...no elevator so need to carry your luggage upstairs.

We traveled together with my son. He had never been to the Alps. He liked Mayrhofen and the hotel. Wonderful and hospitable hostess, good breakfast. Excellent view from the window, 5 minutes to the ski lift, both to Penkenbahn and to Ahorn. I recommend this hotel

AMAZING! We had a great time at the hotel. We had a 2 bedroom suite with the sun terrace and it was just fantastic. Comfy beds, big bedrooms, swish bathrooms and the terrace was an great spot for a morning cup of coffee with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel is well located, within a few mins walk of the gondolas and town The best bit though - Monika - the owner - she is absolutely wonderful - what a gem of a woman! She was so kind and flexible with us - she let us check in a bit early so we could get out to the slopes and on the last day when we were a bit hungover she let us stay in the room a bit longer too. Just a really really nice woman who made us feel very welcome. In terms of value for money you are not going to find better than this place. Brilliant.

Wonderful! We had a 5 day ski trip to Mayrhofen, made so much better by the lovely Gluck Auf! The hotel is immaculate, the apartment is so clean and well equiped. Walking distance to both lifts and town, and Monika the host is lovely! Wonderful stay, we will be back. Thankyou.

The hotel is very well-located in Mayrhofen, everything is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Apartments were spacious enough and everything functioned well.

We had a fantastic holiday in Mayrhofen courtesy of the Gluck auf. The suite exceeded our expectations being modern, in great condition, and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel itself is in a great location on the edge of town which is just a short walk away. There's plenty of inclusive parking. We were greeted by Monika who is a lovely lady and was so helpful. Highly recommended!
