Good parking, very good location - just near the lift. It was 2 rooms, Nintendo, all kitchen staff, refrigerator, storage for skies and place to get your boots dry. Quiet place, good bathroom and toilet. Very good experience, Martin Rieser the best.

My stay was wonderful, everything we needed was available and the apartment was very clean. My daughters enjoyed playing in the garden. The center was close, just a few steps away. Everything was perfect. Mr. Martin was helpful and kind to us. We will definitely come back next summer.

We had a great family vacation at the Apart Central. Great apartment, great location and great and generous host (Martin) that was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and the location, 100m from the Penkenbahn, is absolutely perfect!

We stayed in the penthouse Rubin in Apart Central. It is an absolutely recommendable place to stay. Apart Central is located right in front of the Penkenbahn, you can walk there in a few minutes, handy with small children. Shops and a supermarket are also within walking distance, although this does not detract from the tranquility of the area. The penthouse itself is very well laid out, tastefully decorated, with solid furniture - no Ikea junk - and attention to detail, e.g. the bathrooms, the kitchen equipment, etc. Martin and his team are excellent hosts with a personal approach and highly responsive to questions from their guests

Very nice apartment, and very friendly staff. Super convenient location for the ski lifts and for the town centre with restaurants and bars. The balcony was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink and having a sauna and pool table on had were great additions too!

The Chalet Royal in Apart-Central is spacious, convenient, well equipped, in an excellent location (near Gondola, supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy. Martin was most kind, communicative and helpful both before and during our stay. We were a family of 14, three generations, and the house had room for more.

The apartment's location is great, just next to the Penkenbahn and Mayrhofen's main street. It's warm and well equipped, beds are comfortable and the building has a lift which helps with carrying luggage and ski equipment. Special thanks to Martin, our host, for his helpful and friendly attitude.

Wonderful apartment at an amazing location. Right across from the Penkenbahn. Ski room was great with boot warmers. Very clean and well equipped with modern decor. Martin is a fantastic host and very helpful to make reservations and suggestions to explore the area.
