Wonderful apartment at an amazing location. Right across from the Penkenbahn. Ski room was great with boot warmers. Very clean and well equipped with modern decor. Martin is a fantastic host and very helpful to make reservations and suggestions to explore the area.

Luxury at reasonable price. Great host, great appartment, great place. Martin is a very passionate and kind host, who has everything you need sorted out. 1 min walking: Penkenbahn, Rental 2 - 5 min walking: Supermarket, Après Ski & Restaurants.

The location was ideal - minutes from the main cable car. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive - orienting us to town, securing us ski rental discounts with on-mountain lockers, loaning us power converters, providing mid-stay linen and towel top ups within minutes. The beds were super comfortable and the entire place was super clean. Helpful basics were provided in the kitchen too (like sugar, salt, oil and vinegar, and dish soap and baking paper). The bathroom was spacious with two sinks and a high end shower. And there was free laundry - an essential for travelling families. Highly recommended.

We’ve just returned from a week’s stay at Apart-Central in Mayrhofen, and really could not recommend it highly enough. The accommodation itself is brilliant; we stayed in Rubin which was perfect for two families sharing, with plenty of space, a very well equipped kitchen, and it had the added bonus of a private sauna and a small balcony (great view of the New Year’s crazy fireworks!). The guest laundry room was extremely useful, especially with lots of kids and sweaty ski gear. The apartment’s position couldn’t be better, just a few minutes walk (in ski boots) to the Penkenbahn lift which takes you directly to the main ski area of Mayrhofen. But the best thing about Apart-Central was the excellent service provided by Martin, he couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful (including making dinner reservations for NYE), in fact I don’t think we can contemplate skiing without Martin’s help in future!

Great central location for our family New Year ski holiday. The apartment is well equipped had everything we needed to self cater and was very comfortable. What set this apart from other trips was the hospitality from host Martin and his wife Jennifer. Sorting out daily bread deliveries, taxis to neighbouring resorts and being very helpful and informative ahead of our booking, including recommended restaurants. A great holiday for all

We stayed here for two weeks over Christmas and New Year. Martin and Jennifer are incredible hosts. I booked the chalet and two apartments months out. Martin arranged dinners for our group of 17. He set up a Christmas tree, and he provided help with anything we needed. Everything was clean and cozy. It was exactly as pictured. The location is amazing; it is literally steps away from the tram and close to restaurants and shops. There is no need to drive anywhere. I highly recommend staying here!

To sum everything up...an extraordinary good experience. As a family we enjoyed every moment. The apartment was everything what we expected. We were a family of four people. Our kids (11 and 14 years old) enjoyed the surroundings and activities located next door. We visited mountains, rafting, canyoning and secret special locations. Martin and his family provided excellent service including everything from breakfast, recommendations, restaurants, sightseeing, pool access and much more. We will be coming back for sure. Thank you for a great stay.

Just back from a great week in Mayrhofen with friends on a ski holiday. I can’t recommend this place enough. From the minute we arrived Martin our host was responsive, incredibly polite and informative. He spoke very good English which obviously helped us as we speak no Austrian/German ! The accommodation is superb, spacious, modern and very clean. We had a fantastic outdoor area with a heater and used the private Sauna in our apartment every night. Mayrhofen is a lovely and quaint town which is very clean with spectacular scenery. Great restaurant choice too but book as they can be busy. 5 Star accommodation in an incredibly central but quiet location.

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and a lovely environment to be in. The staff helped in getting lift passes, a ride to the airport and more they were incredibly welcoming too. The accommodation was cozy warm and the perfect place to wind down after a day of skiing.
