Amazing hotel! Staff, from reception, waitors, housekeeping and managers were all very welcoming and friendly - each made our experience fantastic, although we must make special mention to Sophie, Stefan and Katerina! The food was incredible and tasty, even when catering for a vegan, which was amazing! Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel - the spa facilities and location were also amazing with bus stops close by if you didn't fancy the walk to the slopes!

We stay in +30 hotels per year all over the world, and we have never ever experienced such terrible, horrible service. If this staff was working in one of our businesses, they would immediately be fired. Customer centricity below zero!! In the spa you can find “inspirational” quotes about “how the limit is in the mind” but the staff’s mind is absolutely not trained to provide a warm welcome to guests. Very very rude!!!! No-one at our table understands how they can be in a Gault Millau guide.

Great quality of finedinning experience. Located in quite area 3 minutes walking to main route. Amazing spa area with outdoor/indoor pool. Hotel Bar offers variaty of drinks. Hotel provides everything, that is need for winter holiday. Simply amazing

This is possibly the best half board hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything without exception was perfect. Our room, the staff, the bar, the wellness centre, and wow, the food. We loved it and if we come back back to Mayrhofen this is where we would stay. We Cant fault it. Perfection! Thank you for making the few days we had with so fabulous.

We have spend our Christmas holidays for several years now in the Alpine Hideaway Zillertalerhof. This is in many ways a top of the bill Hotel. All the rooms, restaurant, bar, and pool/wellness area are beautifully and modernly designed decorated. Especially around Christmas the atmosphere is wonderfull and gives you a special feeling during your stay. Every year all the staff makes you feel welcome and at home. All this atmosphere accompanied with a culinary greatness in the morning with the breakfast but especially in the evening. Every day a five course dining with great quality, the same experience we have with Michelin star dining restaurants in the Netherlands. All day is a wonderfull experience for adults but also for our children. The hotel is located near the cosy and great city center of Mayrhofen and you can walk to the cabin lifts which take you to a great ski-area. We have spent many holidays in 5* hotels, but this hotel is in many ways a true 5* experience!!

My Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights . We was welcomed by Julian on reception with a welcome drink . The staff here treat you with the utmost care and are so attentive to all of your needs . The dining options are outstanding with a great range of breakfast foods and eggs made to order and bought to your table . The 5 course dinner in the evening is of the highest standard . The Spa/Pool area is first class with drinks service . All of the staff are so friendly , we felt so welcomed in our 2 days spent here . Everything here is first class and the decor is beautiful. PS The little Chihuahua is adorable

Constant theft from the sauna / pool area so beware. There are other hotels in Mayrhofen to stay in with a pool/sauna, so look around. Lack of staff care and clarity. Myself and other people had items stolen. The staff didn't seem to care and then have the audacity to charge for the robes that were stolen once you've left the country. No mention of this was made when going up to reception in swimshorts despite telling them someone had taken my robe and room care etc. They wait until you are flying home to charge the card. A similar situation happened where someone else had shoes, robe and wallet stolen. CCTV was apparently not on at the time. This person also got charged £50+ for the hotel robe.

We have been staying here for more than a week and each day I m grateful to each and everyone here at the hotel. The facilities are excellent and the food deserves a Micheline star. Some small nice touches make your stay here a real treat. I usually visit around a dozen hotels per year and this one will definitely be on my Top five list.
