The room was very spacious and clean It has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, Their is lots of storage. The WiFi is very good and just a short walk in the lobby were you can sit and have a drink and look out the very large feature windows. The dinner room is spacious and the food excellent

My wife & I stayed three nights. This was our third visit to Knock. Very enjoyable again and thanks to Stephen Rogers manager for giving us a refurbished room 119. Walk-in bathroom nicely decorated but only concern was the shower wasn’t powerful enough. Accommodation increased the valve but it only improved it a little which overall was a bit of a shame. The most important part of the show should be the power. The dinner package we had was 10/10. Nice plenty of shoulder of lamb absolutely delicious and next day big portions of Irish beef thick cut and very tasty. Full marks and highly recommend was the waitress Anne. Very polite paid real attention and customer service 10/10. We will be back again and next time will bring our young adult son and daughter. Attended the old church mass and baslisca on Sunday. The cafe which is 5-7 mins from the basilica serves delicious cakes with cream and ice cream.

Nice hotel in. Tranquil settings ..food very poor .very small portions for dinner .Trying to get a drink here is difficult to say the least . management need to look at staffs inability to customers needs .would not recommend .it seems staff are happy to look after their regular customers but not customers who book on a once of visit .

Positives are the reception staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable, negatives were the very loud building work early in the morning, staff in the restaurant weren't keen on serving drinks and the bar was closed, breakfast was non existent and we booked it for 9 am, there was no hot food and very little cold food, so disappointing

Lovely place warm and welcoming unfortunately for us they was having very noisy work done. Would of been nice to have been warned. Food isnt the best, especially if your on a plant base diet. Staff are young and for the age they are are very helpful.

The hotel is clean and warm. Sorry to say the staff are totally inexperienced and no leadership, it's not the staff's fault but the management.The dinner were small. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast ,we booked for 10 am and there was nothing left.I won't be back

I stayed on October 30th until November 1st this year. It was unexpected that I would visit again after visiting in September but I'm delighted I did now. It was fantastic in every way. The service again was 6* as it was earlier in the year. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. I will be returning in 2025.

We booked knock House Hotel for lunch last Monday for a group of 25 people,we preordered soup & sandwiches, teas & coffees. It did not disappoint! The soup was piping hot and there was a huge variety of freshly made sandwiches, the room was very clean and well set up of our needs! The staff were so friendly and helpful! There was a really lovely ambiance! We will definitely be back again soon.. IWA Castlebar
