I attended a family meal for a 60th celebration, 12/14 persons were in our group. We received a very warm professional greeting from staff, shown to our table by very nice gentleman ( think his name was James). This man was very professional, informative, supportive, and impeccable manners . We ordered & received our chosen menus. Same was served piping hot by very efficient , courteous, personable waiting staff. Our party had a most pleasant evening, and most certainly would highly recommend this hotel for lunch dinner or Family celebration 🍾

the location is excellent, but the entrance to underground car park is easily missed. The underground car park is shared with apartment complex and the hotel spaces are scattered through out and many are very narrow. the service is wonderful through out the hotel, the family room was wonderful and spacious but the river view suite was a strange shape and the layout wasn't enjoyable, the dinner was very tasty, the beef, chicken and salmon were perfectly cooked. Well worth a visit to dine in restaurant. the breakfasts were boring and not as good, the friend tomatoes were burned, potatoes overdone and continental was uninteresting and lacked flavor.

Had a top class bed and breakfast stay for a number days ,excellent accomodation ,comfortable and very clean with a very warm welcome on arrival. A first class breakfast each morning with more than enough to eat to sustain you for the day, well looked after by our host and nothing seemed to be to much trouble ,would have no hesitation recommending staying again in future. tony ,rose doyle. Stayed here with my girlfriend Saturday night. Check in was very matter of fact...just handed a key and asked to sign a document. No info given on where amenities in hotel are....just bluntly asked what time we planned to have breakfast....no effort made to make us feel welcome. Room was clean and functional...no complaints there. Bar staff need training. Was served Guinness in a wet glass. No eye contact or effort to be friendly from the young bar tender. Returned to hotel after a night in town at 12.25...no residents bar. We settled for a bottle of wine in our room and were handsomely charged 30euro for a screwtop bottle of rubbish and were give two dirty glasses. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I honestly would not be in any hurry to return here.

Big hotel in the center of town, very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable here. The dining room has great food, the pool area was really nice, the in-house pub was fun in the evenings. They even have a great library sitting area to hang out in with your drinks and food. For being as big as it was, we also found it very quiet and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
