I was shocked when I knew the Trip.com charges were 80% higher than the actual hotel daily rates.
I was asked to vacate by 11.00 as sub vendor of Trip. Com, Make my trip’s terms and condition with Palms hotel was like that. Whereas as my booking from Trip. Com was until 12.00 noon. Palm’s management didn’t even recognise the Trip. Com and informed me that they didn’t hear such name before.
Now I regret that I used Trip. Com for my bookings

This hotel was a wasted stay. Cleanliness was very bad, even cockroaches running, staff attitude also very rude, Food, below average taste, better avoid. Overall Terrible experience. Bed Linens were not washed properly. Please avoid his hotel

Temple tour. Hotel arranged for car. The drivers were real nice . Dining was excellent and the service was simply amazing

Overall a very good experience.
Had a very smooth checkin and checkout
Rooms were good and big enough.
Hot water was available.
Rooms and bathroom were clean.
Inhouse restaurant had good food options and food was tasty.

Clean and safe rooms. Hot water and AC works as advertised. Food is good, but they don’t serve any alcohol ( beer etc) during dinner. Hotel staff is very helpful and ample parking on site.

Not value for money, room rent is high but amenities and services provided is not up to the mark. Even for extra bed have to wait for more than two hours.

1. Bathroom donot have exhaust fan. Wet floors 2. Additional bed have pungent smell 3. Reception people have bad attitude 4. Before you check in , check for towels , bed sheet , bed spread , cupboard and all. During check out they will charge you for what you have not done . Like damaged towel)
