Easy to check in. The room is larger than I expected and the air conditioning on a 40° day worked perfectly. The hotel offers easy access to the companies I visit as part of my work. Will become my motel of choice in Newcastle

The person in the next room appeared to be a long term resident? He laid in his bed ( in his underwear) with door to room wide open and later was walking around outside in his underwear. We Felt unsafe and wondered why this type of behaviour was allowed especially with children in the area.

The rooms are set back from the road so they are quiet. The rooms with a queen and a single bed are generous in size and bathrooms are updated with a rain head shower. The standard queen room is smaller but both have microwaves and vhina andcutlery are available on request. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The property itself wasn't a problem but we had a huge issue with our neighbours who were up talking for a few hours starting at midnight. Unfortunately the sound of them meant a lot of staring at the ceiling for us. This alone will stop us from staying again. Can't risk it.

The property was clean and tidy.
The rooms could do with a make over. But it serviced its purpose.
Hot water was great, bed was comfortable.
Bathroom is on the small size but it was clean and fresh.
Parking was a bit limited but when it is free it is ok.
Would stay again if we needed to.
Gentleman at check in was friendly and welcoming. Which is a added bonus.

Overall the stay was comfortable.
There were dirty spots in bathroom and wall between bathroom and bedroom. No dishwashing cloth. The roof of my bathroom need repair.
The staff was friendly and helpful when you ask a question. I would use them again.
