Maxorata Hotels with Swimming Pools

We stayed here in December and it was memorable. This is our second time at this hotel. The hotel was well maintained with the rooms immaculately cleaned. The spacious rooms were well stocked with all necessities. The views were spectacular. We stayed full board and we felt that the food quality did not meet the 5 star standard. We were not given two interconnected rooms but the initial two rooms were at either end of a corridor despite reception assuring us they were next to each other. The hotel boasted about providing family friendly accommodations with interconnected rooms but we were told by the receptionist that none were available even though the hotel was almost empty of guests. Our conversation was overheard by the manager and he looked in to the situation and managed to find two interconnected rooms for the rest of our stay. I was disappointed with the reception team and felt they seemed very disinterested. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The outdoor heated pools were great as it was cold outside. Overall, it was a good hotel.

Very clean comfortable beds and sofa modern lovely host went at Christmas they put on shows round pool.it was cleaned daily inside and out the only thing we did not like was the paint colour needed toning down to make it more modern it's a sickly bright green god knows who chose that awful colour. Could also do with a few arcade machines instead of having to go into town for something to do like a ****** no idea why 2 stars definitely worth more than that rating.i will be going again

In the bathroom there is no warm water, cold in the washing machine and under the shower A weak water stream under the shower and in the washing machine. No blanket only some artificial plastic cap . Pillows on which you can't sleep.No air conditioning in the room. The privilege was drinking water in the bottle. Late breakfast because from godz.8.00 as for the apartment at the airport should be earlier . The facility itself has potential but the owners have to try. Jolanta
