Avoid this shady hotel! This hotel is falsely advertising services it will not honor. I made a booking for 2 people and it was a package that included: - Free breakfast for 2 - Free Bottle of wine per stay. - Free 60-minute massage treatment per adult per stay. - Free Roundtrip airport shuttle I contacted them to ask until what time I could book the massage in the evening. The manager said that offer ended last week (even though I just booked it, and it was still available on the booking website). They gave the excuse that they're new in the position and they intend to change all the adverting (who knows when), and they have no intention of honoring the package. They said they'll offer free breakfast for 1 person. I've been to over 60 countries and NEVER heard of a hotel offering free breakfast for 1 person in a booking for 2 people, and refusing to honor the amenities that have been purchased in good faith. If the hotel had any intention of providing these services, it wouldn't make a difference whether I booked it last week or this week. They should honor their offer. It's clear this hotel is using shady bait and switch practices to lure people in. Thank goodness I contacted them to book my massage in advance because otherwise I would never have known until I got there. If you book there and are supposed to get a special offer, don't expect they will honor it. You've been warned.
