Casa Ratafia, le Gout Occitane!

Casa Ratafia is a 4-person chalet with a living area of almost 65 m². There are two "extra spacious bedrooms. A queen-size bed of 160 cm x 200 cm in one bedroom, two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) in the other bedroom. On arrival you will find the beds made (separate mattresses, 4 duvets of 140 x 200). Is there a baby guest? Then - if you wish - we will provide a cot, baby bath and high chair free of charge. Thanks to the typical Finnish timber construction, the sleeping and living areas are light and airy. You can see the beams up to the ridge of the roof! Even at daytime temperatures of + 40°c, you will enjoy a blissful night's sleep here without air conditioning. The natural materials and the location of the bedrooms on the north side of the chalet against the forest behind contribute to this. The spacious bathroom has been renovated and now has a large walk-in shower, a washbasin and a storage cupboard. A hairdryer is provided as standard. Separate from the bathroom is a toilet room with hand-washer. The living room has a cosy dining area and an inviting lounge/TV area. Books and games are provided. The living space is experienced as even larger as the huge balcony terrace is immediately accessible from the flat. The kitchen directly connected to the living area has all contemporary comforts such as dishwasher, spacious fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob, a multifunction oven (microwave, grill, hot air). Even a discerning amateur chef will find his or her niche here, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils to put delicious meals on the table. A kitchen kit with sufficient dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, sponge,... is provided on arrival. And then comes the main asset of Casa Ratafia: 2 very spacious terraces ensure that from morning to evening you can enjoy the sun or delicious shade. The large balcony terrace at the front connects to the living area and is equipped with a seating area and a dining area. Even a rain shower in spring or autumn will not be a spoilsport as this terrace is fully covered. Enjoy
