Got nothing but praise for this hotel.The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. From management, receptionists, chefs, waiting staff, bar staff,cleaners ,gardener ,the pool cleaner (cleaned daily) and security they all go above and beyond. Speak to Steeve the gardener if you like gardening there nothing he dosnt know . This hotel is very clean and will accommodate your needs to make your stay as stress free as possible. Its a disable friendly hotel to with flat surfaces and ramps all around the hotel including the restaurant. Thank you all

We spent 2 weeks at Le Palmiste, the first week on all inclusive when the food is good with a changing menu and the bar drinks are good quality as well. We had a family room by the reception pool and it was clean, spacious and just right for us. The real jewel here are the staff as has been pointed out in other reviews, Ajay, Jean and everyone else smile and ask " is everything OK?" When people around you smile it makes you smile as well. Of course the real test is when you need help and an hour after we should have left the hotel to go to the airport everyone came up trumps. Our airport transfer didn't appear and the local rep was very short on information or help so after an hour the staff and hotel owner no less had one of his guy's drive us to the airport ( this is up to 90 mins away) and we managed to catch our flight. It is a lovely hotel with 3 very clean pools ( the guy that cleans the pools does a great job with a pair of shears as well and always says "ca Va?") if you need something ask as they are waiting to help. My daughter and I came already for the 3th time in Le Palmiste. I can only say that all staff are becoming more and more like family to us. When we arrived I saw all the staff smiling, because they recognized us. What a wonderful feeling! It is not easy to work with a temperature of 28C. Everybody is working very hard. We thank all the staff, bartenders, the new cook, reception, Ajay and Mr Jean Philippe and it is certain that we come back. To Ajay Nice holiday in Europe! And it was terrible that we had to go home! We received a very warm welcome after our arrival from the airport and more than 12 hours flight. We arrived before 14h and thus we had to wait approx. 1 hours before our accomodation was available. Fortunatelly there is a shower and WC at the reception building. Afterwards the resort manager helped us to carry our luggage to our room. Room was clean, double bed, sofa, TV and safe for your valuables. House keeping takes place daily, beach towels are changed every two days. Electrical plugs are the UK type - G, however among all, there was also one of EU type - C. There are 3 pools within the resort, all are available from 10 to 18h. Public beach is cca 5 minutes walk far. Our package contained breakfasts and dinners. The meals were tasty and the offer corresponds to a 3* hotel. However, I would expect a fresh fruit salads, when I am on a tropical island and not a compote from a can. In the same way for breakfasts, the offered juice was concentrated with a water. These are the only remarks which I think that may be enhanced. I want to underline the kindness of all the personnel, who helped us with everything we needed. All the evening animations end by 22h and the whole resort is very quiet. General evaluation is very good from our side and we definetelly recommand stay in Le Palmiste. Olga & Jan

Food was very poor, poor choice, and very cold buffet selection . The staff seemed very polite and helpful (if you were a male) until they charged my wife double for drinks, they charged me the correct price . Rectified, upon me confronting them. Pointless my wife doing anything as they chose to ignore her in the drinks queue anyway. They weren't happy and reception didn't seem too bothered, however reception apologised for this. Toaster was not working one day, staff were just rinsing the plates and cutlery in the area behind the food area, then putting out for use. This was the same with the glasses in the bar. Personally, I don't think this was very hygienic. Rooms were clean and tidy enough though. The red wine was great, it had to be, as the food wasn't.

Spent 2 weeks here recently and cannot think of anything negative to say about the hotel, staff, food. Never had such caring, pleasant and sociable staff, who help you if needed. Lots of staff around all day making sure your holiday is the best it can be. We'll kept grounds with lots of palm trees and greenery. Very comfortable rooms, clean towels every day, and sheets. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The staff in the reception were very friendly and welcome us well. They talked to us during our stay to ensure a pleasant stay. We had a great family room with pool view where we could sit and enjoy evening after children went to bed. There is 3 bigger pools and one pool for children at the hotel. The bar had a lot to choose from and their staff was always happy and relaxed. Only improvement is more variety in food during dinner, if having all inclusive and to have customised food for children.
