Amazing hotel, the best of all that we stayed in Mauritius, spacious room beautiful and clean, comfortable bed, huge bathroom. The hotel itself is located in the best location, you can also use the infrastructure of the neighboring hotel of their chain. The entrance to the water is the best on Le Morne, a very beautiful place. There are many water activities on the beach, we really enjoyed the excursion on a boat with a glass bottom to the turtle. For breakfast there is a lot of fruit, fresh juices, waiters and overall service are amazing. We had dinner at the Zest restaurant, the cuisine is impeccable, the staff is incredibly pleasant and professional. The only minus is that we waited an hour for an employee to come to us for check-in, but after that everything was impeccable.

The Paradis Hotel has the best view of Le Mona, and you can see the spectacular sunset on the beach. I really like the hotel's circular swimming pool. There is nothing more relaxing than soaking in the swimming pool at night and admiring the night sky! There are many free activities in the hotel. Glass boats and snorkeling require an appointment time. You can reach Crystal Rock by kayaking or pedal boats for 2km. This is truly paradise and it's all worth it!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were not only professional but also genuinely warm and helpful throughout our 5-night stay. Everything was just perfect! While the evening entertainment could definitely be improved, it was a minor detail in an otherwise flawless experience. Most of the staff were truly fabulous—special mention to Sheila at Paradis Spa, whose massage skills are nothing short of magical! We really appreciated the little thoughtful touches around the resort. It truly felt like a slice of paradise. One of our highlights was having breakfast at Dinarobin and then choosing to walk back to Paradis instead of taking the shuttle—it was a lovely and refreshing experience. We dined mostly at Le Brabant, and the food was consistently delicious, with a wide variety that impressed us every day. A genuine 5-star dining experience. The team at the Nautical Club were super helpful and friendly, making our time on the water smooth and enjoyable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us in so many ways, and to top it off, we were upgraded upon arrival and allowed to keep the room until our departure—an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. Management is clearly doing a fantastic job. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We truly can’t wait to return!!!❤️

From the moment we stepped out of the Airport transfer car to the moment we left, everything was perfection , there is nothing the Hotel can do to improve. We have never stayed in such an Impressive Hotel . We stayed in a Junior Suite it was spectacular, so spacious, clean and comfortable the bed was huge and so comfy. The restaurants are all outstanding and the Chefs deserve high praise. The beach is so clean , plenty of comfortable sun beds and the water is crystal clear. The water sports and glass bottom boat are top class. Every member of staff were outstanding, customer relations, waitrons, beach staff , house keeping and management, a special thankyou to Chavi I think that’s her name , petite and charming and made us feel special. It was our40th Anniversary and the Hotel made it a memorable occasion. We will return . Sandy and Barbara.
