In addition a mandatory curfew has been implemented as of 23 March 2020 which means that guests will not be able to enjoy the full OneAndOnly experience. Guests can continue to enjoy the resort beach and pools- the gardens and Club One. Dining will be available at La Terrasse and en suite. Very unforgettable memories. The room facilities are very good. The sea is right outside the door. It feels like a vacation. The service is also very good. Except for the buffet restaurant, which is a little slow when there are many people, the rest of the experience is very good and welcoming, especially the Japanese restaurant. The food is delicious

The amenities were not changed for two consecutive days, and even an opened pack of cotton pads was left in the amenities for the next day... The hotel pick-up was a rip-off. The big car I booked was a small car, and the driver drove dangerously and drove all the way even after I tried to dissuade him. The hotel scenery is OK, the level is average for Mauritius, the restaurant tastes average, and the overall cost performance is very low.

Hotel was amazing. Our butlers were amazing housekeepers did a great job, but our driver, Kiran, you are the most amazing person we ever met. You made us feel that we are at your home your special guests. Wonderful tours, experienced guide a perfect storyteller and more than a driver. Most precious member of hotel.❤️ Mr. Roshen, makes perfect special drinks with a huge smile on his face and also mixologist Omar thanks for a delicious cocktails. We will definitely come back to try new recipes. Mr. Doctor was so nice kind and helpful as well. The sea activities we joined were amazing enjoyed a lot. The only thing that we don’t like the attitude of Italian restaurant manager in the private villa part. Plus I wish they could have more coconut trees on the beach on the ocean side.

First it was very special arrival as we received unique bouquets designed like a collar for our neck. Next when we arrived we were accommodated almost immediately and our 5 star vacation started with a lot of presents from One and Only Team, with the special services of Kiran, Prunela and Ma’in, as well as of the pool and beach staff. Moreover, what made our trip so exquisite was the attitude and the caring of my kid at Only Kids. As a whole, the room was exquisite, well-designed and extremely comfortable. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, the trip was unforgettable. We were celebrating our 10yr wedding anniversary and everything about the resort and service was 5star! A big shout out to our Host Varun would provided us with an unforgettable candle lit dinner on our final night, which we will never forget! We will be back VERY soon! If you want complete luxury away from it all this is the place. Service is excellent, the food is excellent. The beach front room was perfect and the attention to detail wonderful. The staff make this hotel they go the extra mile , they anticipate your needs . Wonderful! Well done. Obviously there is a price for this but worth it! La Terrace buffet is perfect with good bands at night . Well done all the staff in front and behind the scenes!

The hotel is amazing feel like home away from home its luxury meet the expectation not only the location was great but the staff make our stay more pleasant especially in the breakfast mukesh khemraj were always taking care of us with request they provide fresh coconut water that was great our lovely host Nishi, Prunella & Kiran were so exceptional the chef in buffet restaurant were great as well especially chef gaurab who made us sushi with our preferred sauce in watersports captain steven and sauleven were great… at riva beach club ashik take good care of us too …. we will come back againn and see you all million of good memories ❤️

Stunning resort with exceptional Service. The entire team was amazing and made our stay memorable. We stayed 6 days and still we didn’t have the chance to explore all the treasures of the resort. A must dinning experience is dinner to tapasake. Also, we loved the sea food buffet and the IRD menu. Breakfast is huge with a lot of options and a smooth operation! During our stay we tried the water sports which were a fun touch on our holidays. The most relaxing spot is definitely the Guerlain spa with the smiling colleagues and the unique Guerlain scents. Don’t leave the resort without trying a relaxing massage or a mani/pedi therapy from the experts of Bastien Gonzalez studio! Unique experience! What to say for this experience.. definitely we want to come back again soon! Thank you to all who contributed on our first Mauritian experience!
