We were greatly disappointed with the 4 bedroom apartment with misleading pictures on the website. The pictures were of the penthouse and not representative of what was provided. Additionally one of our rooms stank of sewage throughout our stay. We were a group of 8 people (4 adults and 4 children). Reported on arrival and after were promised that they will sort out the drainage smell but the lorry (see picture attached)came on the day of our departure 8 days later. We contacted the management on the day of our arrival, we were in B1 and we could not use the bathroom in one of the room due to the sickening smell! My daughters were both ill ( vomiting) due to the smell that we had to swap our room with theirs. We were offered B2 which was just above B1 and that apartment also stank of sewage in the same bathroom above B1 we therefore declined to move as the problem was with the stack on that side of the building. The decor was tired looking, not well looked after. We paid a significant amount of money to stay there expecting a high standard. For a couple of nights in a row there was loud music played until 4am. Upon complaining there was a max exodus and cars speeding off đŸ€Ł Finally, my makeup went missing and mysteriously reappeared after complaining!! The grounds were amazing but this experience ruined our holiday and I would recommend anyone else to avoid.

Brilliant place to stay, Good sized apartment, Right on the sea front. Our stay was made very enjoyable by the manager, Mr Soobhug and his team. They organised, trips ie catamaran and always good suggestions for meals and taxis for us. Definitely worth staying at Bon Azur apartment.

Very nice apartment directly located at the sea. Our stay was very good also due to the very friendly support of the local housekeeping team. You can fiend lots of nice apartments on Mauritius, but the team made the difference. They can organise boat trips and other activities and give you many helpfull advices.

It is very lovely and beautiful place, until it comes to Saturday or Sunday, when local people are check-in for one or two days to make some party with dozens adults & kids just in one room. They are occupating pool for the entire day, and the noise is satying in the air all day long. You cant rest, you cant sleep - you can do NOTHiNG :( I am the guest in this country, satying for the whole year in the Bez Azur Beach Residence, and I do not loke the LOV (management company) policy in regards to the short term rentals for the local people who try to take a maximum advatage of one day or two days stay inviting to the place entire “village”. They removed the security guards as it was 12 years ago when I was here, and now the CCTV instead, but when the gates to beach are open - all stranges are comming to swim in the pool, but I am paying for it - not them!!!! The maitanance of the place its another story: I am fine with cutting grass, and gardenning, but NOT at 7 or 8 in the morning when all guests are still sleeping

. All above makes from paradise the hell! :-(

We were a family of 10 and had booked two apartments for a week: The penthouse and another 4 bedroom suite. Overall, the stay was excellent with the large sized bedrooms, shower facilities in each bedroom, the balconies and the lovely pool overlooking the ocean. We had ample space to spread out and have our personal space as well. The customer service response was quick and professional and the concierge was also available when needed. The property itself is well maintained. The following points though need some attention; The penthouse was nowhere as well maintained or equipped as the 4 bed suite. This includes the utensils, the decor, the facilities etc. We had one misshapen vessel to make tea in and every other vessel of no practical use while the other apartment was fully stocked. Upon asking, we weren’t provided with some practical set of usable utensils. The penthouse was very depressingly lit. The suite had large sized tele with Netflix installed while the penthouse simply had old teles without this facility. The inconsistencies had us quite stumped. Quite naturally, one expects the apartments to be similar with the exception of the size and the views. Finally the apartments we were allocated were in the B series and were further away from the oceanfront. The views were decent but clearly not as good as the other apartments. This was the biggest grouse we had. Given the occasion we had of a large family get together after years, I wish the customer service had allocated the other apartments with better views to us or had attempted to offer the apartments facing the sea when they were available.

Simply perfect! A paradise on earth! Andrea, our spanish reference at the hotel, was superfriendly, kind and profesional! You'll be very wellcomed at BCN when u'll  come back Berenice, the Marketing manager, was supernice, we had very good conexion with her!  Since the very beginning we feel like at home. Our appartment was GREAT! very well decorated, full of details. It has one king size bedroom superconfortable,  the bathroom was very clean and spacious with everything we need  with a shower and a bath, totally new. The Kitchen was full equipped  and the Saloon had a confortable sofa.  The terrace has a great view to Mautius Sea! The breakfast was incredible! Prepared by James and his wife! Oranje juice, fresh fruits, cereals, yogurt, ham... The cheff prepared  us delicious omelet with vegetables. There were delicious boulangerie and all kind of breads. We've really enjoyed the breakfast! Coffee, tea... really good coffee!  Best breakfast we've ever tried! Plenty of energy for starting our tour to Mauritius! The decoration of the appartment was very luxury, I cannot stop taking pictures of every corner. The infinitypool was simply perfect! We've been taking a lot of pictures  with the sunset All the staff was superfriendly, specially Sammy, the guy on the reception! He was very nice with us! It was a short stay but intense! We have to come back, for sure! We're so pleased for all U've done for us! Thanks a lot

We were given a very warm welcome, despite being 2 hours ahead of our scheduled time. A penthouse that meets our expectations, a splendid, breathtaking view, very well equipped, calm reigns. The cleaning carried out by Nalinee, very helpful, is impeccable The splendid, very clean swimming pool is peaceful. Everything is there for a calm and peaceful dream vacation. I recommend

We didn't get the room we booked and they just gave us another room without warning. Later, after complaining several times, they gave us a penthouse with a terrace. But what can I say, look at the pictures...

Even after booking 6 months in advance and making several calls, we did not get the room we requested. It's correct. Avoid PCQ, totally outdated apartment. The air conditioning does not work in the main room, the furniture, the bedding, the chairs on the patio are finished, no umbrella on the patio. Ditto the swimming pool which is ridiculously small, not heated and dirty. Minimalist beach, no way to even take a walk. No chairs on the beach. Absolutely have a car. In summary, don't get caught like us. This is our 4th hotel/apartment in 14 days. The worst by far. Already looking forward to leaving.
