Hotel far from everything dusty room and beak of lizards everywhere dirty swimming pool never clean repetitive breakfast 7 days with the same menu and very expensive meals avoid eating in this hotel go to grand bay it is good and cheaper

Despite encountering several issues during our stay, the assistant manager's (Idiana) exceptional responsiveness turned our experience around. From a leaking air conditioner to non-functional amenities like the telephone and Wi-Fi, coupled with missing essentials like a bottle opener, it seemed our stay was destined for disappoin**ent. However, Idiana's proactive approach in addressing our concerns was commendable. She not only worked tirelessly to resolve the issues promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her dedication and attentiveness salvaged what could have been a disappointing stay, turning it into a testament to the hotel's commi**ent to guest satisfaction. The food at all the restaurant was great and we were pleasantly surprised with kot nou. We will look forward to going back to this hotel for our next vacation. Also shout-out to Venita who gave us a room in a great spot.

Had a very nice stay with the whole family . Wonderful hotel.staff was amazing. Especially Indiana Humanscale kushee and everyone. It was a wow stay.we shall come back again. The barstaff was great nice service. Check out and check in was excellent.

Average services, average services, average services, average services. The food is nice and I can surely recommend this place to friends and family for a nice vacation experience. The room facilities are not premium and an upgrade should be done.

Great environment and peaceful, good staffs and great service, the rooms were comfortable and spacious the only reason why I'm not giving a 5 star is because of the insects that bit me and entered my room, the food is equally great with varieties to choose from. Thank you Ravenala for this great experience.

Entertainment team was excellent special thanks to Kevin Anousha Munnohur and Selwyn evening entertainment was wonderful 5/5 great job gym was great and wonderful for sure will comeback also love the restaurant all team did a fantastic job
