We stayed for 9 nights in February. The resort was clean & the grounds were well maintained. We had a Seaview room with a balcony. The room was a good size. Bathroom was very large with a seperate bath, double shower & twin sinks. We were staying on half board but we got complimentary water in the room because we were raddison members. Breakfast had a reasonable selection but it became a bit repetitive. I would've liked to see different things such as French toast offered on different days. The evening buffer was a bit hit & miss for me. There was general indian/maurtian spicy food available but unfortunately I struggle with this. I would recommend the hotel publish in advance the buffet themes for the week then you can choose to prebook at the other restaurants if it is not to your taste. We did find that the prices in the hotel were a little steep compared to outside the resort. Sunbeds were plentiful we never had a problem. Service was very good. I had a manicure, pedicure & head massage at the spa. Treatments were good. Unfortunately my nail varnish started to peel off on day 2. I went back and they redid it free of charge. We were celebrating my husbands birthday during the holiday. The hotel arranged a special meal for us on our last night at the golf club which was lovely. They even brought him a cake. We had a cyclone hut whist we were there. Staff were reassuring & we received regular updates on the TV in our room. The TV was a little frustrating. Few channels available & the ones we had were defaulted to French. We found out how to change language but it would randomly change back mid view. The setting & beach were lovely. The pool was a very comfortable temperature & a good size for a swim. I would recommend mosquito repellent & we found it very hot & humid. The air conditioning in our room was a welcome relief. Take a good sunscreen because even when it's windy & cloudy you burn easily.

We were there to celebrate our honeymoon. Shikka welcome us very friendly and was always helpful. The kitchen and restaurant teams are amazing, always lovely and helpful. Specially Sunita and Rekha, everyday with theire lovely smiles. They had always gluten & lactosefree food for me. The food was very good. Also Vinod and Ramesh, they have interest to give us the best and that we are having a good time. They always told us: "if you're happy, I'm happy" We had also the best room maid, Jennifer, from the Housekeeping. She's lovely, very helpful and our room was always very clean. We felt like home. Thank you sooo much guys. We had a wonderful and unforgettable time there. You'll stay in our hearts. And we'll come back someday

First time in Mauritius & certainly did not disappoint ! Check in process with iced tea & cold flannels to refresh very welcome ! Lovely large garden room - housekeeping staff kept the place spotless - bedding changed every other day & towels & toiletries as required along with bottled water . Ate in all the a la carte restaurants - no complaints - disappointed to read comments about hygiene in buffet restaurant - house keeping staff were permanantly cleaning up after diners had finished their meals - & there was certainly some mess to clear up at times !! Having been to other AI resorts where there are trees & foliage near the dining area birds & insects are always going to be around - however chefs were always walking around checking food ….. wobbly tables - C’est la vie !!! The staff are a huge asset - lovely people including Vinay,Ramesh,Innesh,Josh & Suraj . All in all a lovely sun soaked holiday🏝️🍹 -

This was the first time we were staying at Azuri and it did not disappoint! The service and attention to detail from the moment we arrived was incredible! The friendly staff greeted us upon arrival with such care and courtesy, especially Vinay who treated us like royalty and went out of his way to ensure our stay was a happy and comfortable one. We arrived late at night and we were personally ushered straight to the buffet dinner before it ended and then we had the personal help of Vinay to check into our room- he event went so far as to carry our sleeping child to the room and he really went above and beyond for us. This is a truly special and wonderful man who is an asset to the resort and we would go back just for him! His friendly and kind nature was noticed and appreciated by many of the guests and his love for people shines through in everything he does. Also special mention to Suraj, Innesh and Josh behind the bar who kept our glasses full, knew our drinks orders off by heart and were always up for a friendly chat. The food was incredible and such a delectable array and variety of foods at the buffet. The Italian cafe, Black Rock and The Nine restaurants are also not to be missed for an Al a carte experience. We loved our stay! Thank you so much.

Just back from 2 magical weeks at Radisson Blu Azuri, no the hotel isn't perfect and does have some issues, but what makes it special are the amazing staff. So I'll start with the good points - Spacious rooms with a huge bathroom and shower, the food is good with themed evenings, gluten free options and lactose free milk, the staff are amazing, Ramesh Joshua Jason Firaj Vishal and many more made us feel welcome and like a member of family, Blackrock restaurant the Italian and The Nine, are amazing dont miss them out! The not so good points - birds in the dining area, mould growing up the wall and wobbly tables, the pool is nice although there is a lack of loungers, although they have put some down on the sandy area, they aren't as comfy as the ones by the pool, there are areas of the pool which need some maintenance, but the idea of having decking rather than tiles around the pool is great! Our room was kept clean but during the 2 weeks there our bed linen wasn't changed once, and don't know when they last pulled the beds out to clean under them. They really need to address the hygiene issues in the food area, they have put out extra nets over the food but saw cakes crawling with ants, birds on the bread, mosquitoes on the prawn crackers and hair in the ice cream. The beach is ok not the best by any means. The lagoon area is murky so didn't swim in the sea. There is free water activities available at the boat yard, paddleboards, pedalos, glass bottom boat and they will take you out to the coral area for snorkeling, but the boat they took us out on was the glass bottom boat and was not fit for purpose for snorkeling, the ladder to get back on the boat was not good, I really struggled to get back on the boat and ended up being dragged back on, beware there are tiger fish which are poisonous. There are a lot of drinks available on the all inclusive, but as usual premium brands are chargeable, and some cocktails. The mini bar is well stocked, they tried to charge us for a pot of pringles which we didn't have but they was easily sorted. Entertainment in the evening is hit and miss, had a couple of evenings where they just played music which really wasnt suitable for a hotel! Thats not me being a 'Karen' its not acceptable to listen to music that refers to sex etc in a family enviroment. Overall I probably wouldn't return to this particular hotel, the staff are amazing but they really do need to do something about the hygiene.

Overbooking - despite 3...4 emails to the hotel, I was moved to another hotel for 1 day Lack of hygiene - you can share food with sparrows or even eat after them. No cover for fresh pancakes just cooked. The hotel is under renovation, you may encounter construction vehicles on the beach and enjoy the bad smell there. And the beach is really dirty. A lot of sea-grass. I have a lot of pictures about all these points
