Hotel is very nice. Lots of activities (e.g., tennis, gym, pilates, yoga).
Service and food could be better.
Breakfast and Dinner are served as buffet. Dinner can also be in one of their separate restaurants which offer a la carte menu. Restaurants needs separate reservation and we needed to wait two days to get a spot. Buffet food is not the best if I need to judge but it’s something subjective.
Service level is good but not great. Something we also experienced in another hotel on the island.
Hotel has created their own beach which is a kind of bay. So if you are looking for a perfect sand beach, just be aware.

This is the happiest and most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at. Every staff member is very friendly. We complained on the first day that the hotel rooms were not as big as described. After Ctrip's coordination, the hotel upgraded us to the best room the next day.
The food in the hotel is very delicious. The breakfast is a bit monotonous but the dinner is very rich and changes every day. There are 4 restaurants that basically have delicacies from all over the world. There are various song and dance performances, piano performances, etc. every night in the restaurant. The wonderful arrangements of various activities on New Year's Eve are even more unforgettable!
The hotel has many activities every day, our favorites are archery, tennis, snorkeling, etc., all free of charge. There are 4 swimming pools for you to choose from. There is no need to worry about finding a chair. As long as you lie on the beach chair at the swimming pool, you will have a cold and delicious drink delivered to your hand.
We stayed in the hotel for a week and felt at home every day. We would have stayed there if it hadn't been fully booked and couldn't book a room.

Our room had direct access to the beach. The pool was perfect as well as our stay.

Great lovely experience. Staff very friendly. Welcomed by Navin the deputy Manager, Miss Sandya kureeman, and Tanisha Gooroochurn. Sandya the front office manager very professional. The Garden soo beautifully maintained hats off to Veeren with whom we got the opportunity to talk with. So many swimming pools unimaginable. Yani a true entertainer. Me and my wife had an unforgettable experience. The name paradise is justified.

It is Paradise. Calming, quiet and relaxing. Didn't feel crowded at all on beach or whilst dining. Beach beds are about 3m from each other. Staff all really friendly. Food is great. Room was great ( actually want to copy the shower at home). We were there 9 nights and I thought we might need to visit other places but didn't get bored or feel the need. Lots to do: aqua gym was a laugh and actually more challenging than I thought it would be. Pilates with Alison was first class - wish I could go to her class every week. Catamaran trip was well worth doing as good fun with excellent snorkelling. Recommend highly!

We are a well travelled couple ..and we were looking forward to Paradise Cove after visiting South Africa & Zimbabwe for 3 weeks .. this was our 7th visit to the island first of all … THIS HOTEL HAS A MAN MADE BEACH .. you can not “walk along the beach here “ it has a inlet to the water that doesn’t have enough tide and the water is silty.. it is also isolated from anywhere.. So if you are beach lovers .. this is not the hotel for you.. The rooms in the hotel are decorated quite lovely and are comfortable.. the beds are especially nice .. Now to the staff.. they work hard here, but there is no teamwork.. everyday our order for breakfast, lunch or dinner was wrong .. the staff need management around .. we never saw them.. some of the older staff bully the younger ones and in plain sight of the guests which we found quite uncomfortable. Even at the Managers cocktail party no management came near us .. The ground area around the main pool is dirty and full of flies & ants and needs to be jet washed regularly.. we never saw anyone with a broom sweeping anything .. I wondered if our room floor was ever washed as the housekeepers didn’t seem to have mops & buckets in their cleaning carts .. Food was generally OK although meat was always tough.. The drinks were very good and Michael who seemed the oldest member of staff worked the hardest delivering drinks all day I don’t want to look on my phone to view the menus.. the Spa was average.. Head South for a beautiful experience of Mauritius to enjoy the stunning beaches.. I would not recommend this hotel
