The hotel is really nice and big. The food is of goos quality and the staff very professsional and welcoming particularly at the BEACH GRILL and MAIN POOL. If you're looking for peace and wellness it's the perfect place. However if you want fun and dancing that's not the atmosphere of the hotel.

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff.
All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families.
The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate!
Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. Kevin and his team will be sure that you leave with the biggest smile on your face after each meal!

Because the experience of the Westin Hotel in Sanya in China was very good, I also chose to stay at the Westin for two days in Mauritius this time, but the actual experience was not satisfactory and did not meet expectations at all. It was much different from the other two hotels we stayed in (jw Marriott/ anantara iko).
The overall quality of the service staff was uneven. I especially criticized Janvi at the front desk for her rude attitude, wrong information provided, and very unprofessional check-in process. If I come to Mauritius again, I will definitely not choose the Westin Hotel. Avoid it.

Very dissatisfied, the service of such an expensive hotel is not commensurate. After arriving at the room I booked so long in advance, I was assigned a room with a particularly bad location. The balcony door was in disrepair and made a lot of noise when opening and closing. The room next door with slightly better light obviously had no guests staying. I asked to switch but was perfunctorily dismissed. I was switched to a room with a worse and darker location. The only improvement was that the balcony door was intact. The problem was that I went to see the room I asked to switch to at night and there was no guest staying. I had to suspect that the hotel was discriminating against Chinese people. In addition, I checked out early temporarily, and when I checked out, I found that I was asked to pay for several bottles of beer for no reason. However, my children and I do not drink at all.
