Very bad experience, I booked a hotel for 5 nights, and then I arrived late on the first night and didn't check the room carefully. I left early the next day and didn't check it carefully. When I came back the next night, I saw a lot of ants in the room. I simply dealt with it myself. When I left early on the third day, I asked the hotel to clean it, but there were still a lot of ants. I asked them to clean it again on the fourth day and called the front desk. I came back in the afternoon and told the front desk to deal with it. After they sprayed it with insecticide spray, it didn't help. My ears were allergic because of the ants, so I decided to check out a day early and checked out before 11 o'clock. As a result, I was told that the room fee for the last day could not be refunded. They said they would change me to another room and let me experience it again. They also shirked their responsibilities, saying that I brought food in the room. After communicating with Ctrip many times, it still couldn't be resolved. They refused to refund. Don't stay here

Went there for a corporate event in January 2025. It was fun and well organized. The food is generally good at Ocean's Creek, but was below average on that day. Some staffs are great while some lack customer service. They have a nice conference room which can accommodate large groups.

We check in on February 21st and check out on 23rd.. From our first step in the hotel to our way out we enjoyed every step of our stay... Parvesh on our arrival was very attentive and patient on our arrival, he took care of every single details for our stay with a great smile Shreeya at reception was very kind and patient too.. The bagagist was very professional and kind ( but I'm sorry I can't remember your name Sir) Varun in dinning was very kind and patient with us. Even though we were in a big group his smile never fade. ( hat off Sir). Kovilen was kind and patient too.. ( I excuse myself because I forget the 2 other waiters name). Sarvesh our bagagist on departure was very useful too.. The entertainment team was excellent too, the pool activities and Saturday evening show was above expectation.. Overall all the staff went out of the way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable... HATS OFF TO THE ENTIRE STAFF WHO MADE OUR STAY A MEMORABLE ONE👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB I will definitely recommend Ocean Creek to my family and friends. Thank you 🙏🏼 🙏🏼 🙏🏼 all

We had an absolutely amazing time at Ocean's Creek . The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The buffets were delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Special mention to Aatish, Brian, Sameer & Viren at the bar, Divek, Rishita, Sahil, Adriana & Varun at the restaurant, and Kooshal, Muz, Fabella, Ikhlaas at the front office for making our stay magical. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.
