Ocean's Creek Beach Hotel

I had an amazing weekend at this wonderful hotel. From the welcoming to the farewell. Our arrival experience was very smooth and rooming was done in an orderly way. We had room 210 very nice view and we even have a nice view of the ocean. the room was very spacious , clean , neat and feel the fresh vibes which reflect the resort. from the room i have a very nice sunset experience which was amazing. Upon arrival we were also welcome by Sahaz the Executives Housekeeper who made us feel welcome . we went met by Kavishek From the food and Beverages department who was ready to assist me with my allergies and design a nice Menu for our dinner experience. i had the opportunity to have the a la carte Menu in the main restaurant was all was well set. The dinning room was very cosy and ventilated. we were welcome by Kavishek and team , smiley faces and ready to serve staffs though they were fully booked as there was an invent on that night. The food food was tasty , fresh and i will definitely recommend the Bouillon Crabe a la Mauricienne, the cocktails were delicious . As i a wine lover and with the assistance of Kavishek i have a very nice white wines which paired with the rest of the dishes. The Chef Vivek went extra miles with my Favourite dessert, Banana Flambée with rum, knowing that im lactose intolerant , the chef added a nice Mango sorbet , with a mixed of berries in my plate, it was soo wow, the presentation also was more that i could describe. during our dinner , we were greeted by the management team , Mr Amedée the Operations Manager and Mr Vik the Duty Manager, we felt very special. The Spa Manager Mr Shiv who assisted me for my massage choices was very professional. i can say that Frances the therapist a des Mains de fée, i had felt so relax after my massage and energizes. Breakfast was to my expectation , where i didnot need to wait , the waiter approaches my table with my Fresh Gluten free bread. The service was very consistent. Overall i had a great weekend in a very lovely and friendly atmosphere resort , with very good entertainment team. Last but not least the Front office Team was very professional, check out was very quick and Mr Kooshal the Front Office Manager and the whole management team did our farewell. We spend a nice time at Ocean Creek.Welcoming was nice,however we gonna mention a bartender ashill,we did not have a conversation but recognize by his name tag and he prepared a drink for us which was really good and hats off. We shall be back again.

Cosy hotel, with professional and friendly staff. From the start of the registration process Navina (reception staff) accompanied us through the day, suggesting activities for my bestie and I. We felt safe and well taken care of. The highlight of our stay is the boat ride on the river. We would highly recommend this hotel and experience to others.

We have been to other hotels but Ocean's Creek turned out to be our favourite so far as the service we received was definitely beyond our expectations. We were welcomed by Mr Irwin who is very affable, hardworking and who perfectly understands guests needs. He can be seen checking on guests from time to time and walking around ever ready to help. At the reception Navina the sweet lady with a lovely smile as well as Shreeya and Rihana were very welcoming and professional. Check in and check out was done hassle free. All of us felt comfortable in the restaurant where we received very good service and a few names which we kind of recalled since we had axfew chats with them are Mr Jean Pierre, Mr Ajay, Akilesh, Sheila and her junior at the egg counter, Mitch ( such a sweetheart who is very caring) and definitely Akash running around with everybody's order with a smile. Friday night the Dj was simply amazing and my very own Sega singers you Rock Guys. Love the Spa too. Venita at the kids club you won the heart of our 3 precious cutie pies n they loved their face paintings. We stayed In Room 203 and it had everything we needed for comfort and any extra we needed we received from housekeeping. Very efficient. By the way a huge Thank you to the team who decorated our room for our special occasion. Feels good to be pampered. The price is matched with the services and facilities we received and we will definitely recommend this wonderful hotel. Hats off to all those behind the scenes as well as management. The only drawback was the weather. Despite the pristine pools we could not make the most of it. We will be coming back in summer to catch up.

Was a wonderfull stay at the hotel!! Akash made the Best cocktail that I had ever tried and served by Akilesh who always here to serve with great respect and smille. The hotel is good on the overall .the staff is at ypur disposal and very welcoming and helpful.the activities available are limited but considering the hotel structure and amenities its a worthwhile attempt to cater for the customers. Keep it up!!! However the bed needs a revamp as its quite uncomfortable..

The hotel staff were very friendly, food was amazing a lot of good variety including local desserts...got a great taste of them. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are nice and spacious. Rooms have everything you need Very neat and clean resort

We had a fantastic family time last week. It was so fun that we even extended our stay there for one day. People working there look very happy and they always serve you with a smile. Our special thanks go to the GM himself Mr Vincent, Mr Amedee, Mrs Navina, the lady at the pool bar and all the girls at the Kids club. Thank you for this memorable time. Keep it up guys!

Very good food, especially mauritian! Music, which was mostly mauritian, was perfect and very much appreciated!!! Animation and the team performing birthday celebrations was perfect!! Keep up the good work and service! Looking forward to my next stay here. Will surely recommend my friends! My very special thanks to Karuna, Cédric, Jim, Ameidee and Akhilesh!
