October 2024 On Vacation Now Review of Laguna Beach Hotel & Spa Reviewed yesterday We are currently on vacation at the moment . The food at the buffet is great, and it is based on themes which again is great . We went to the speciality restaurant last night (Maurition) and I had fish which was amazing Capitan . They also do a food truck event at lunchtime called Tabaji again really good food. The staff are amazing and special thanks goes to Nitish for making our holiday so perfect .I went to the speciality restaurant last night at Lemon Grass it was truly amazing. This hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay so good . Special praise goes to Chloe, Ayetish at (Lemon Grass) and Nassu . There is so many people I could name but again this place is perfect and will be coming back in 2025 . Please do not listen to any negativity this place is superb. Carol & Craig room number 1007. This was the third time that I stayed at L'Oiseau de L'Ocean in Flic en Flac, and, as always, it was a great experience. Not only is the facilities great (especially the family rooms), the staff is very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this tourist residence to anyone planning on spending time in Flic en Flac.

The beach of Mao Ball really doesn't want to hold too high expectations. This is the third home in Mao Ball. The next day I was going to buy a phone card. I didn't know the road. The young man in charge of the reception was about to go to school, so he took me there and talked all the way. Responsible for cleaning. The aunts who cook are very good. I want to make Kung Fu tea, but there is no boiling water. They put me a few bottles of boiling water in a thermos bottle, and they will bring it to me every day. The laundry is also very fast. I went out at noon and asked them to wash the clothes. When I came back in the afternoon, I saw neatly folded clothes. They were also cheap. Unlike the next hotel, the laundry was available 24 hours a day, and the charges were all based on the piece. During the Spring Festival, a family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and it felt great! Not willing to go! Bad Chevk-in routine It is a very modern hotel too bad the staff and the hotel’s policies are not modern. The hotel is isolated in an area away from facilities. You need transportation to get to a small mall or to the beach. The hotel does run a limited shuttle to the mall and beach. We arrived at the hotel from the Mauritius cruise port at 11:30am. At the front desk they said the rooms will not be assigned until 3pm and we should just sit down until 3 pm. Never asked our names. I said we are Holiday Inn members - didn’t matter - rooms will be assigned at 3pm. However a couple we knew arrived at 12:30pm and were given a room immediately. They did not know why. We also watched numerous people check out while we waited. The 3 pm assignment had nothing to do with the rooms being ready. Rooms are not assigned until 3 pm. By 3 pm there were over 40 people waiting for rooms. Some people decided to go to the mall. Can you imagine 40 people waiting until 3 pm for a bell to ring signaling the rooms are now available. I envisioned a mad rush to get in line for a room. Disgusted I asked for a manager. When I explained to Cecilia that we were waiting since 1130 for a room AND we are HIG members. Cecilia said they have a routine. I asked “isn’t it better to assign rooms as they become available rather than wait until 3 pm to assign all the rooms” She reiterated that they have a routine. So at 3 pm now people are alll lined up to obtain their room assignments. It will take well over an hour to assign the rooms. At 5:30 pm people were still on line to check in. The hotel’s routine is not good for customer satisfaction.

The most cost-effective hotel I have been to Hilton during the Spring Festival. Shangri-La and other hotels. Although it is much more luxurious than this, this hotel is located in the Blue Bay beach and has a private island like Shangri-La. It is the best place for the entire Mauritius coral to see the smallest fish. It can be said that building a mid-range hotel here is simply a waste.

The southern hotel is very elegant, the room in the camphor is very comfortable, and the spacing between the villas is very wide and feels very good. The hotel environment is also good, breakfast is delicious. After three days of stay, the waiter sent chocolate every night. On the last day, knocking on the door knocked like an exaggeration. This time I stayed at the two hotels of Lishi Mona and Lishi Mei'an. The style is still quite different. The sand of Mona is yellowish and very slightly. The sand on the Mei'an is slightly whiter and thinner. Be careful. The walk is still acceptable; the rooms are larger and more modern; the sea view is better for Mount Mona. Sitting in the seaside is very eye-catching. After a day, the hotel is too lazy to move. If you are chasing dolphins, it is also near the Mount Mona. The pool and meals are not as good as the US shore.
