Du côté positif, les prix sont bon marché et le shopping est pratique dans les environs. Les dames de la réception étaient sympathiques. Par contre, un jeune homme à la réception manquait d'alphabétisation de base. Il semblait chercher des passagers pour exprimer leur colère et était généralement très hostile envers moi et les quelques passagers que j'ai vus.
On the plus side, the prices are cheap and the surrounding area is convenient for shopping. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. On the negative side, a young male receptionist at the front desk lacks basic manners and seems to be venting his anger on travelers. He was generally very unfriendly to me and several other travelers I saw.

Disgrace Tried robbing me saying I haven’t paid for hotel Let me wait in a room what had spunk stains all up the wall Man was very rude to deal with Was in the middle of nowhere Stunk and looked like something died or was about to die in there Avoid any loveholidays deals with this place as between them 2 someone is robbing you and they both cover up for themselves

Concerne réponse au commentaire de Med K ci dessous... Réponse bien simpliste et dénuée de compréhension. Est-ce bien étonnant? Ce que vous ne dites pas: c'est qu'en fonction des dates, il n'est pas possible de payer en ligne, à d'autres pas de souci. Par contre, trouver une solution une fois le problème face à vous: zéro. Changez de métier Madame. L'argent est une chose (et ce n'est pas le souci, ici) mais le service et la satisfaction client, toutes autres choses. Zéro c'est zéro! Inutile de tergiverser.

Réservation en ligne pour membre de la famille, arrivé la on nous indique que la chambre doit être payé sur place. Impossible de payer en ligne, finalement pas de chambre a l'arrivé Service minable démunie d'empathie, et aucune volonté de trouver une solution Aucune envie de créer de la satisfaction client. Résultat Nul.
