Beware of added charges. We made the reservation from the road over the phone and told them we have a dog, ”no problem”. We confirmed at the front desk about the dog and no mention of a surcharge. I just got the bill and there is a large dog fee. Neither of the clerks mentioned an added fee. This is an pricier hotel for the area and we would not have stayed if we knew about the fee. I called the corporate phone and the guy said the fee is listed on the web site and he would not take it off. He sent me to the ”managers office” and that went to VM. We would not have stayed here if we knew. The room was reasonable, the breakfast buffet is very average for road hotels, eggs are sliced from a loaf. Wife was going to make tea in the room and the cups were moldy. Will not stay again.
