Amazing location and that's it! Rooms not soundproofed so you can hear every movement of the neighbors and overhead who in our case were guests of a wedding who came back at 4 in the morning with heels and more. The first evening in the restaurant for the guests we are alone, after a while a waiter called by the reception appears who takes the order and ... .. disappears. After a long time, another waiter shows up who the colleague was not informed about the cellar which, being September, therefore the end of the season, is not restocked. The dinner was well cooked but the terrace overlooking the sea had the new melodic of the wedding in the background. The top at the departure at 6 in the morning I load the car by myself then I have to go look for the night porter who demands the keys on the table while I, as usual, leave them in the bedroom door .... Being 8 meters away he doesn't come either but I have to go back! Let's say 3 stars give away… .. their other structure on the sea is much better. Here they do their ceremonies and you forget the silence and relaxation.

We spent 3 nights in this very beautiful hotel with a magnificent view of the sea, a pretty decoration and top-notch infrastructure (gardens, swimming pools, etc.). It had everything to please… but what a disappoin**ent! The services are not at all up to the 5 stars and the associated price (very high at this time). The room (category "luxury with sea view"): we had reserved a room for three people (two adults and a child) but which was very small. The TV didn't work (and the person who came to check it didn't know how to get it to work either) as well as the mini bar. Two out of three lights in the bathroom didn't work, and eventually the shower door handle was torn off. They have been repaired, but for a 5 star, we check the room before we put customers in it! The wifi was very bad and there was no hydro-massage shower or jacuzzi, no bathrobes or organic hemp sponges (or even a simple box of paper tissues) contrary to the description. An insect (cricket?) had taken up residence in the bedroom (in the baseboards?), making noise at night. We managed, after much insistence, to obtain an insecticide, which solved the problem for 2 nights but not the third… Our room was very poorly soundproofed. We could hear everything the neighboring customers were saying, as well as the noise of the kitchens that were under our feet! Unpleasant practices: on the second day, the adjoining suite being occupied, the hotel management put a padlock on the gate allowing access to the stairs leading to the reception. The objective was to prevent us from passing in front of the suite in question but this forced us to go through the roof and the scullery (with the evacuation pipes of the smells of grease) and through the car park to access the reception and in the breakfast room… The maintenance of the hotel was sometimes dubious: cigarette ends were lying around the edge of the small swimming pool, and a few bits of plastic of unknown origin floated inside. Papers lying around on the floor, equipment that is not put away... The restaurant: very expensive for average quality cuisine with a pretentious title. An example: the "mille-feuille de mozzarella" is just a ball of mozzarella cut into slices. Last but not least: the hotel welcomes groups for parties and receptions. One lasted from lunch until midnight (with afternoon disco music) and the other was dinner. In addition to the fact that access to one of the swimming pools (the largest and most beautiful) was not possible during these receptions, we were greatly disturbed by the noise, in particular from the kitchens and the storage which lasted until late at night as the bedroom is located above the kitchens. Tre notti 20-22 agosto nella suite 34 io e mia moglie. Location molto bella con vista sul mare. Camera con due evidenti macchie di umidita' sulle pareti, vetro della finestra rotto, testata del letto in velluto unta e sporca, divano con macchie nella seduta di dubbia provenienza, bagno con maniglia doccia instabile che perdeva la cromatura ogni volta si toccava, calcare e sporcizia nel binario di chiusura, il tutto per 680 euro a notte (incluso breakfast). Tutto fotografato. No comment

Salve! Siamo Mario e Raffaella, ieri 26 Agosto 2022, abbiamo coronato il nostro sogno, ovvero quello di convolare a nozze. Per l'evento abbiamo scelto quale location "LA LOCANDA DEL CARRUBO". Cibo di alta qualità, struttura fantastica, personale altamente specializzato, un insieme di elementi che hanno fatto sì che il giorno più importante della nostra vita fosse valorizzato al 100% e reso indimenticabile. Sin dal primo giorno (2 anni fa) in cui abbiamo incontrato il grande Giuseppe, che ci ha illustrato la tipologia di servizio offerto dalla struttura, ci siamo sentiti a casa ed infatti le ottime sensazioni sono state confermate ieri (giorno dell'evento). Giuseppe, esperto del settore, ha ottime capacità nel comprendere le esigenze e le richieste dei futuri sposi, in grado di proporre diverse soluzioni utili alla elaborazione del menù. Un grazie va alla responsabile Filomena, esperta del settore, che gestisce la realizzazione della scheda del matrimonio, allestimento sala, persona molto meticolosa alla ricerca della perfezione. Un grazie va al direttore di sala Francesco, che con la sua esperienza decennale, gestisce un team di ragazzi addetti al servizio tavoli, che non lasciano nulla al caso (bis, tris, bottiglie di acqua mai lasciate vuote, sostituzione posate e piatti assicurati durante tutto il ricevimento, cordialità, gentilezza). A distanza di 24h continuiamo a ricevere complimenti dagli invitati che ci ringraziano per aver concesso loro la possibilità di trascorrere una giornata in un luogo incantevole e di alto livello (parliamo di tanti invitati provenienti dall'area del barese pertanto molto esigenti). Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna lamentela, tanto meno ne siamo venuti a conoscenza da terze persone. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. ALLA "LOCANDA DEL CARRUBO" I SOGNI SI POSSONO AVVERARE.

un resort 5* a Mattinata con camere super confortevoli e personale molto cordiale e disponibile. La location è ottimale per soggiorni di coppia o per eventi. Dotazione ampia di SPA e piscine con spettacolare panorama sul golfo di Mattinata. La colazione è super e il prezzo ragionevole. Sicuramente da riprovare

Sono rimasto a soggiornare aluni giorni in una delle suite. Il primo impatto è sicuramente spettacolare la vista dello strapiombo sul mare e suggestiva... la piscina, la SPA sono accattivanti. Ma alcuni servizzi hanno peccato: ●La lavanderia, ha riportato il copo sporco di escrementi di Gabbiano esattamente come prima ●La sopraccoperta sul letto a luglio era imbottita e lisa. È sata sostituita prontamente ●Entrambi i soffioni delle doccie erano inutilizzabili dal calcare incrostato, prontamente sostituiti. ●Un motore del braccio di uno dei due cancelli d'accesso era guasto e si doveva aprire a mano. ●Alla fine del soggiorno ho dovuto pensare in autonomia al trasporto dei bagagli. Comunque una colazione favolosa in posto da sogno.
