Incredible hotel, food was great, and the beach was amazing. We enjoyed a wonderful beach away from the caos of tourists in Italy during the summer. Will definitely go back.

Great Location: Terrible Hotel This Hotel is in a great position, has a great beach and a good restaurant BUT the organisation and service are really terrible-so bad that these faults spoiled our visit. The staff at reception are incompetent and not friendly, and know nothing about the available activities. There are a few good waiters (including in particular Antonio) but generally the waiting staff have not been trained and are useless. We asked to speak to the manager but never heard back. No sparkling water at the beach bar and the toilet was broken for the 5 days we were there The final account was wrong in several respects and fixing it was very difficult indeed. On our last day all the keys for the hotel stopped working and the air conditioning broke and the way reception dealt with this disaster was to deny there was a problem (it's all fixed- when it wasn't ) and failed to answer the phone. The performance was almost comical The wifi is hopeless. If you would like to visit this fabulous coast find somewhere else to stay

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was small but still pretty. The restaurant offers a large breakfast buffet with various delicious alternatives and a good choices for dinner. Highlight was the serrata pugliese with local traditional food, wine and music. The beach is directly at the hotel and can be reached by elevator. One of my personal highlights was the gym from where one has a view over the sea. Overall great experience!!!

This property was spectacular !! The menu changes every night which is nice since there is one restaurant for dinners. The beaches are stunning!!!! The only issue is they should invest in a wasp trap as there are thousands of them surrounding you as your having your every meal.
