Great location, just in front of the famous castle. Close to the Dogo onsen and train station. There’s buses, trains and trams so easy to access anywhere. A lot of good restaurants as well! The room is okay if you stay just for a night or something. However the shower is not really good tho.

There was no toilet or bath, but there were amenities, breakfast was free, and I was able to relax and read books and magazines.
There was a bath near Dogo Onsen, and the toilet was near the room, so I didn't have any inconvenience.
The room was a little dirty. I think the corners of the room should be a little more clean. .
The location of the room was not good as it was in an apartment.

Iyo Electric Railway Shimizumachi Station is nearby, so transportation is convenient! The size of the accommodation and the facilities are not very good, but the staff were all friendly and I was satisfied considering the price.

It's an old building, but it's not downtown
It's good that the surroundings are quiet

The only downside is that the parking lot is across the street from the hotel. They were kind enough to help me with the Wi-Fi connection. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

観光の目的によって違うと思いますけど松山城が近かったのでよかったです。
建物は古いですけど 値段も安いし朝も付いてるので
すごくおすすめします。

いろいろと無料でサービスしてくれるホテル。コインランドリー、洗剤、コーヒー、レンタサイクル、朝食が無料。松山市駅や中心部からは遠いですが、遠くてもいい人にはとてもリーズナブルでおすすめ。中心部から歩けないこともないです。コンビニや市電は近くにあります。施設自体は古いです。
