We were impressed with the friendly services and cleanliness of the hotel. The dripping coffee provided was very generous and nice. Location was great.

Parking is available for 1200 yen, with an automatic parking tower conveniently located next to the hotel. Friendly staff are on hand to assist with parking. Just simply drive your car into the designated slot, and they will handle the rest, automatically transporting it to an upper floor. What's more, the parking fee includes unlimited access, so there's no need to worry about being charged multiple times when going out for dinner or exploring the area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer nothing to complain about. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The leisure room type with massage chair(seen by the photo on the web) that I booked via trip.com was sold out when I arrived at 9.30pm, appreciated that finally a higher ranked staff offered me a room in the Annex building, thank-you so much.

The Daiwa Roynet Hotel is conveniently located in the main shopping district of Matsuyama. It is also close to the famous Matsuyama Castle. However as the city of Matsuyama is not too busy, the nearby streets are relatively quiet. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which serves dinner and breakfast in case you cannot find a place to eat . The hotel room is not too spacious. However I would say that it is a functional hotel with all the necessary facilities. Parking is available and you need to go to the back street to enter. It costs 1500 for one night.

Perfect location, very nice room but the problem is the inconvenience of the car parking, as it was being park by machine parking stack style, if you have something to take on your car, you can’t immediately access it as you need the in charge to bring down your car, also they charge extra fee for the car park, 2000 JPY where as other hotel is only for free parking.

The hotel is located in the most popular area of ​​Songshan. The room is quite spacious, and there is room for two people and two suitcases. There are shopping malls, shops and food in the surrounding area. The hotel is close to Songshan Castle, and you can go to Dogo Hot Spring and Hot Spring Street. It only takes 10 minutes by electric car, which is very convenient.

The double room was a good size and the facilities were new, so I was able to stay comfortably. The bathroom had a bathtub and a washing area, so I was able to take a bath in a relaxing atmosphere, as if I was bathing at home. It was a little disappointing that the bed felt a little hard. It's located right next to the tram station, Matsuyama Castle, Mitsukoshi, and the arcade shopping street, so the location is perfect!
