Good hotel located between the Matsuyama castle and the Okaido shopping district which its easy to visit the main attractions as such as the Dogo Onsen by street car and good restaurants around

I used it on a business trip.
Although the hotel feels a little old, the rooms are spacious and clean.
There is a parking lot behind the building, but even if it is full, there is an affiliated parking lot nearby (along with the hotel's front entrance) where you can park for 1,300 yen per night.
One drawback is that the unit bath has difficulty draining water, and when you remove the plug, it overflows. Be careful!

This is a great value inn. They offer bicycle rentals, which are free for up to three hours and 200 yen for up to six hours, and we used them to go to and from Dogo Onsen. Breakfast was buffet style, had a wide variety and was very delicious. It is a 30-minute walk from JR Matsuyama Station, but only a 5-6 minute walk from Katsuyamacho tram station, so the location was convenient.
