Amazing accommodation nearby key tourist sites and shopping areas in Matsuyama. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Okaido shotengai and 10 minutes to the ropeway/cable car station for Matsuyama Castle. Dogo Onsen is a 15-20 minute tram ride away. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and decently sized (by Japanese standards). The staff are courteous and professional. The breakfast is fantastic with many different options.

The room is spacious, so you can open two suitcases without any inconvenience.
It takes about 6-7 minutes on foot from the Okaido shopping arcade, and the surrounding area is full of bars and entertainment districts, so it's not dark even at midnight.
You can drink free drinks on the 2nd floor at any time, and there is bottled water in the hallway outside the room.
You can eat a delicious breakfast buffet for only 500 yen.
The bathroom has strong water pressure and drains well. However, the faucet is an old-fashioned one that you turn on and off, so it was inconvenient. ㅠㅠ

I was looking forward to breakfast since it was a farm hotel, but the vegetables didn't seem very fresh and there wasn't much variety. There was no sign of French toast in the restaurant, so I forgot about it. I don't think I'll have it next time.

Great location. There were no non-smoking rooms available so I had to book a smoking room, but it smelled so bad I regret it even though it was my own fault.

Since we were traveling by car, it was attractive that we had a free parking lot (additional charge). Since it was in the city, we were able to return to the hotel smoothly even after eating out at night. Security is also strong, so it is recommended for women. There is also a tram line nearby that is close to Dogo Onsen.
