Great location, everything close by. Walking distance to matsuyama castle.

Can't use the onsen as I have a tattoo and a patch was never provided. Will not stay again.

Like the location, in the middle of shopping centre. Difficult to find first but once you have located it, its super convenient. Enjoy the hot springs and the little treats they provide (free coffee, icecreams etc). Will come back if I come to Matsuyama.

An excellent natural hot spring hotel

Good size room. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shops just around the corner. Free popsicles, coffee, and ramen for supper. The natural onsen on top of the hotel.

There is no hotel like this in Matsuyama. Don’t worry, just stay in. Large bath, free soba, free service, location, friendliness, etc. Don't worry about going somewhere else. All restaurants nearby are within walking distance. Don’t bother staying at an expensive hotel in Dogo Onsen. Use that money to eat delicious food and go shopping.

I stayed here for the first time, even though I was alone, and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs and breakfast facilities that were just as I had heard. I would like to visit you again.

The room is big and clean. Ramen noodles are provided as a late night snack. After soaking in the hot springs, there are popsicles to eat and comics to read. The location is also very good. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the shopping street. There are also tram stops nearby. It is also quick and convenient to go to Dogo Onsen. 

I stayed at an inn with a hot spring, and I always choose my hotels carefully. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me (dust, trash, etc.), so when I come to Matsuyama I always stay here because it's so clean. I love the large communal bath and the open-air bath, they're so comfortable. It's also on Okaido, so it's easy to get around. For lunch, I went to eat eel (Ogura) nearby.

The location is convenient for shopping as it is located in the Okaido shopping district. It's easy to buy things, leave them behind, and go out again. There are restaurants and *****tores nearby. It's nice to have a gacha shop for kids. There is a hot spring, so it is good to use it in the morning and evening to relieve fatigue. There aren't that many types of breakfast. It's perfect for breakfast. It's delicious. It's a twin, but it's narrow.. haha

I have stayed at Dormy Inn several times, but this was the first time I felt such hospitality. (Reminded me of Kobe Spa Sauna) Free ice cream, free night noodles, manga, free massage chairs, and water and melon jelly in the room! Free coffee too! Unlimited access to hot springs! strong! The sauna room was filled with the nice scent of cypress ♫

It was my first trip to Shikoku and I went to Matsuyama. But the accommodation is very comfortable, especially the service from the staff. It was very good. There is also a hot spring on the 13th floor, which was nice because it had an open-air bath and the water was very clean. I was very impressed when they gave me yogurt or ice cream at the end. Laundry is free, drying is paid, and there is also a massage machine. Personally, I went to the hot springs at the Dogo Onsen annex with a coupon. I really liked the hot springs at the Dormy Inn. It takes about 5-6 minutes on foot from the airport bus stop, and nearby Don Quijote, shopping, and izakaya are within a 10-minute walk. It can be solved. If I come to Matsuyama again, I would like to stay again. I had a good time ~ Dormy Inn Hotel :)

Very good hotel, located in the center of Songshan City, with good front desk service, clean hotel, large rooms, great outdoor hot springs, and all kinds of food nearby. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time.

The staff at the hotel counter were attentive, and the soba chef in the evening was very polite. The only drawback is that it is in a pedestrian area in the downtown area, so the parking lot is relatively far away.
