I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

The hotel is on the mountain behind the station. After arriving at Songdao Kaigan Station, you can wait for the hotel bus in front of the station exit sign. There are many buses every day. The hotel room is large and the scenery is beautiful. The restaurant has a beautiful environment and good food. The hotel is located on the mountain. You need to take the hotel bus to go shopping, which is a little inconvenient. The hotel hot spring is a weak point.

The two prospect hot springs on the fifth floor are top-notch! Men and women rotate in the morning and afternoon. There is also a hot spring on the first floor with massage services. Massage is not recommended. The sofa area on the third floor overlooks Matsushima and offers a variety of free drinks and snacks. The staff at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lackadaisical attitude and indifference towards the guests were disappointing, to say the least. Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant. It is evident that the staff lacked the proper training in customer service and hospitality. The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking. The atmosphere was dull and devoid of any character or charm. The common areas felt neglected and poorly maintained, further contributing to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at the 大江户温泉物語松島温泉壯觀酒店 was far from satisfactory. The lackluster location, indifferent staff, outdated accommodations, underwhelming dining options, and overall lack of care and attention to detail made for an unenjoyable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable experience in Sendai.

In the hotel on the mountain, it feels safer, you can see the sea view, dinner is booked in a lunch box type, because it was still an epidemic before, so I chose this, but breakfast is eaten in the restaurant, breakfast is very rich after eating, I feel that dinner will be great if I choose to eat in the restaurant, because breakfast is very good. Overall, the food in this room is very good.

The location is a bit far away, but the service is very good. You can help call a taxi when you go out, and you can also pack the car. I liked Songdo Coast so much that I decided to stay for one night. On the way to Fukuurashima Red Bridge, I passed by this large hotel. Each terrace faced the sea. I was attracted by it. I searched the platform and found that a single room only cost 600+, so I decisively decided to book a stay. After checking in, I felt like it was a large complex hotel that is common in Japan. The room corridor is very long and luxurious. There is a Japanese restaurant called ”Lele” on the first floor. It is open until 11 or 12 o'clock at night. I saw posters with taro beef hotpot and ********* fresh food. Yuxian and Miyagi local sake, after taking a bath, I heard bursts of laughter when I passed by. There is also my favorite large bathhouse, which is very large and has two open-air baths. There is also a beverage area in the lobby. Apple cider vinegar and plum water are both delicious. There are FamilyMart and 711 not far behind the hotel. The only flaw is that the guy at the front desk didn't feel very enthusiastic.

If you go to the hotel from the jr platform, you may need to fumble a bit. Everything else is almost perfect. On the hill is really on the hill.
