Hotel is nice and reasonable, room are renovated and clean. Only draw back is the breakfast which is very limited to 3 kinds of bread , one type of sushi , boiled egg , juice and tea/coffee . Which I think as compared to other hotels is very less . Otherwise it’s nice and clean , car park is just in front but it’s chargeable. You can take tea/coffee form the first floor and it is usually open .

There is a room with a washing machine. I want to enter a room with a washing machine if I can, but the price is high.

I checked in around 7:30, but I was told that I would like to have a cow suji curry until ８ o'clock at the front desk, so I said I would eat it, and I was handed over a dish, etc., and I put rice as much as I like. Breakfast was not a breakfast venue, but I had a baked fish meal in the room next to the room I stayed in. I stayed for 2 nights and received 2 times, but the type of fish and small bowls were changed and I was able to eat without getting tired. We were able to eat comfortably by putting the meal in the tsp, preparing tea and wheat tea. And the smile of the young lady and the employee is nice! No matter how good the building and the meal are, the charm of the inn will be halved if the care of the person who works is not nice. Even during my stay, I kept a good distance with the customer and I was able to stay very comfortable. It is an inn that I want to visit again.

Because of the use of the Kintetsu Freepass, the train can be used casually. The 15-minute train ride in Matsusaka is much cheaper than Ise. Konishi House is a traditional ryokan, and it is very comfortable to live in. At the same time, it is within a 5-minute walk of Matsuzaka's own attractions and the famous restaurant Niuyin, and an 8-minute walk from the train station. The service is of consistently high standard in Japan, but the owner, grandpa and grandma, basically cannot communicate in English, so they need to rely on body language or writing.

Stayed at the standard twin on the 12th floor. From the window of the room, you can see from the large premises of Ise City Station to Uji Yamada Station, and it seems that you are looking at the diorama of the Kintetsu and JR Sangu Lines, so it was a view that I would never get tired of seeing as a railroad lover. The room was clean, the bed was a semi-double size 1 and a single size 1, and it was a size that was fine if you only sleep with 2 people. The empty refrigerator and kettle pot were convenient for drinking your favorite drinks. From 15:00 to 24:00, regular coffee at the restaurant entrance was all-you-can-drink and it was good to relax in the room. In addition, the large communal bath of the artificial hot spring had a washroom for 6 people and the bathtub was reasonably large, but at 8 pm and 5 am, the users stretched their limbs and feet with about 3 ～ 4 people. You can take a bath, I was tired of visiting Jingu. I think the 1,100 yen buffet breakfast was worth more than the price, with plain omelets cooked in front of you and Ise udon noodles of local gourmet food. I was able to eat plenty of vegetables that tend to be scarce when traveling. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Having come to Ise to visit Ise Shrine, while I had to work online, I needed a good internet access and selected this hotel. The building is new and super clean overall. It should have been perfect if the internet access was good, though the location is a bit away from Ise Shrine and the Ise stations. Two reasons why I give just three stars. 1. The most important thing - Internet access! Terrible. Wifi keeps falling, and I need to reset the Wifi on mobile and the laptop. VPN is no way. Zoom didn't work, either. Just pathetic. With the third call with the front desk, I got a router, which never had a Wifi signal and was useless. I ended up bringing out my Rakuten pocket router, and it was able to make my day, whew!  I'm sure the hotel staff would help till I get the comfortable internet access. I tried but lost a patience after having called them three times (I was 7-minute late for my Zoom meeting, being hassled to get connected, that should be a good reason to take one star down, too).2. I wanted to use the big bathtub for a comfort from my long trip, but I got hesitated to pass through the front area and didn't go and use. The hotel allows the guests to wear Yukata and Tanzen to come to the bath, but I didn't want to. I don't get how the guests can be comfortable in Yukata in lobby. Even with my regular clothes, well, I couldn't imagine myself passing through the people at the front desk right after taking the bath... I've never seen a hotel with such a awful bathroom location, so one star down, definitely. お伊勢参りが目的で、でも仕事があるためこのホテルを予約しました。インターネットアクセスがマストなるも、結局使えず、セットアップに悪戦苦闘しただけ。ホテルのロケーションは町から離れており、インターネットアクセスの状態からして、結果として、このビジネスホテルにする必要はなかったです。

Of course, the staff was not complaining, and I enjoyed talking from city information to sightseeing and the family atmosphere (selfish thought). Of course, the next bed also spoke with a single word while sweating. It was only three days, but it was too much praise! Finally, delicious bread is delivered every day, but there is no explanation of bread, so I have fun choosing bread with the sense of omikuji. Finally, when the negative point is twisted, the log chair of the free space on the second floor is about the sitting for me who is older (senbei Zafuton hope ～ management is hard) I had a little time to talk to the owner, but I felt ”good” about the way the house was.
